The hotel was clean, the pool was refreshing, and had a suprise garage for our motorcyles :)
the location is too far…but we compensate it with tours…
no convinenient store in sight
Next day cleaning was provided but the room was still untidy. New towels were not provided. The bathroom had not been cleaned.
Overall it was okay, just don't expect too much.
Breakfast was worth what we paid for.

On a positive note, the room was very clean on arrival. Spacious, good quality linen etc. However, there was no housekeeping at any point, water was occasionally dropped inside the door, but we had to request basic items such as toilet paper multiple times.
One morning we woke up to a leaking bidet. We placed a bin to catch the water and contacted the hotel by both email and Trip messaging. When we returned after a full-day tour, the leak hadn’t been addressed and the floor was soaked, which was disappointing.
The hotel is located on the Superhighway, which may suit large tour groups or those with organised transport, but it’s not convenient for exploring Chiang Mai independently. We used Grab a lot but there aren't any shops or restaurants within walking distance.
A gym was advertised on both Trip and Booking, but when we asked about it we were told (I believe by the manager) that it had since been converted into a meeting room, which was disappointing as it influenced our decision to book.
There is a pool but it looks a little different in the photos. Breakfast was included, but it was consistently cold and items were not replenished.
Overall, while the room itself was clean, we felt that service wasn’t up to scratch and lacked care, particularly for a longer stay.
