It's okay overall, but mold and plasterworms are there as usual. Also, if you stay on the second floor, you will have just a wall 2 meters in front of your window.

But the staff is helpful, the owner speaks English well, and the location is great. Also, the cats are nice.

The manager was very kind and helpful. The room maintained clean in spite of old conditions but no matter. The location is very good both heading for old town and nimmanhaemin district. Every morning I wake up with birds singing with a bright sunshine. The only uncomfortable thing is I bring 4keys when I come back after 10 pm.

The staff there is awesome and they're quick to reply for any problems you have even through email. The only downside I have is it's tucked back in an alley without good signage for people to be able to see including cabs to drop you off. My cab from the airport circled it twice.

The accommodation is clean, has a balcony, air purifier, refrigerator and microwave. Downstairs there is a coffee maker and hot water. The staff provides good service.

Great place to stay. My “go to hotel” when I’m in Chiang Mai. Stayed several times and definitely recommend. The beds are firm but not too hard. Hot water and daily housekeeping . Free water and coffee. Washing machines ($20 baht ) on site and there are drying racks on each room’s balcony. The owner just placed air purifiers in every room.
Good area and there are plenty of award winning restaurants within walking distance . There also a convenience store nearby.
There are several cats on duty throughout the day and night. The dogs are outside during the day and are quiet in their kennel at night.

The staff are all very friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Service: The front desk guy is very enthusiastic 😭😭 It's my first time staying in a mixed youth hostel. I don't understand a lot of things. I asked and he answered them one by one. His attitude was also very good. I had a very happy stay experience
