Good location and the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. The small pool area is a nice place to relax and I also liked the little balcony space outside the room.

A couple of practical things to note: my room’s window was at corridor level, so it was either quite dark with the curtains closed or open to people walking past. Breakfast was fairly basic and I ended up going out to nearby cafés instead. Reception also wasn’t always staffed when I passed through.

The main issue for me was late-night noise from a nearby venue, with bass that carried through the building until after 3am. As a light sleeper I found this quite disruptive.

I feel sorry for the nice lady and the nice staff working in the reseption. I was told that the neighbouring night club that is playing the music EVERY NIGHT ALL TOO LOUD untill 05.00. AM is legual, there is nothing that the hotel can do. The insupportable noise keeps you awake. The earblugs ( offered by the hotel ) do not help because the bass resonates. I read (too late ) here that many other clients had had the same experience. Sorry for the hotel. BR Sleepless

Don't book for the pool or the parking. Book for a great night's sleep and easy walking to everything Chiang Mai has to offer.

Located on edge of old city. Clean and well serviced. Helpful staff. Not the greatest breakfast but adequate and usual for South East Asia.

Great place with very good location within the Old City Walls. Good, friendly front of house service. Reasonable breakfast. Pool is small but decent. Garden area along walkway needs mowing and a clean up.

A very comfortable escape right in the southeast corner of the old city. A beautiful pool with jets, great service and soft beds. We love this place!

The rooms are all chipped made out a very cheap plastic, you can see almost every piece of furniture has damage wanted to charge for damages that existed already in the room. They have the price of everything listed and they count every cup before you leave never had to stand there while the front desk went into the room and did a cup count. Felt like a cheap hostel definitely would recommend staying at another hotel for half the price but twice the quality. Would recommend white boutique and spa.

Great boutique hotel within the old city of Chiang Mai.
The staff were typical Thai service providers, excellent. The location is great. The breakfast ok/good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only negative point would be that I would grade the hotel as 3 or even 3+ star, but I don't think it shoul be ranked as 4 star. My reasoning is based on two factors: the rooms are relatively small, although they contain all necessary amenities, and, the rooms are not really soundproofed. I enjoyed myself thoroughly and am grateful to the wonderful staff.

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
