There are three staff members at the reception: one grandma and two younger women. The two girls are polite and professional, but the grandma is quite rude—not by shouting but through disrespectful manners toward guests.

On check-in, she kept chatting with others and made me wait at the desk for 5 minutes. Another day, she refused to let us into our room despite showing the key and kept questioning us unnecessarily.

The rooms are old but clean and worth the price. However, the bathroom drainpipe smells unpleasant. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the airport and has plenty of parking space.

The website says check-in is from 12:00. When I got there, they said check-in was after 14:00. Very bad. They made faces. When I said on the website check-in was from 12:00.

Unfriendly front desk but at $15/night, you cant expect much. I would look for $30/night if you want to feel like they appreciate your business. ChiangMai is the most unfriendly city in my 7 weeks vacation in Thailand. Railay Beach near Krabi is amazing! Flights are cheap from ChiangMai to Krabi too.

Close to the airport, the building looks ok, but the room is looking old, wiring and so old school. The device near the door(inside room) makes all the time very disturbing sound.Bathroom needs to be renovated all. Bed was ok. If they renovate the room, this will be positive for the hotel.

First I would like to say that I was living there approximately 2 years ( mai 2020 until yesterday). Nice 2 stars hotel with spacious room and bathroom. All inside the room ( fridge, tv, air conditioning, WiFi ). New elevator and ventilation in the bathroom and my room the 323 has a so beautiful view on Doi Suthep. Staff are very kind with me all the time. Quiet place, very kind dogs around the hotel. Thank you for everything

Bed is comfortable, lighting is good, good size of fridge... we paid 450 for deluxe room(425 from agoda) not much difference, natee place is a good place to stay near the airport,standard room is 390thb.. clean room, clean bedsheet and towels and most importantly they have lift..

another close by budget hotel would put you on the 4th floor and expect you to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor because you book the standard room (400baht)..
