The staff were always welcoming and helpful. Loved the character of the place. Breakfast was tasty. Liked the location as it was out of the main part of town but easy to get into whenever we wanted. The pools were cold but refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is old. Photos is not fair. It looks a lot more butiful on photos then it is in real.
Restaurant has not so many different types of food.
Breakfast is good.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with charm and great service. Very traditional Thai feel and more spacious than some other places we’ve stayed in town. The pool is wonderful and having the restaurant right there is very convenient - they are open almost all day and even let us come in late for breakfast, which we really appreciated. Massages were great too! Would definitely stay here again.

It's perfect for those who prefer a quiet area, but not too far from popular tourist areas. The hotel may look old, but the facilities are quite complete. It's within budget. The staff are friendly. Breakfast doesn't have many options, but it tastes good.

Stayed there in march, hotel out of town, need transport.
Room basic, old with wooden doors and windows that didn’t close properly.
Two pools both in need of cleaning.
Would not recommend this place

I don't usually leave 5 stars but no doubt about this lovely place. Every positive comment in other reviews is true - staff, pools, ambience, comfort, breakfast. I was apprehensive after reading negative comments, but they sounded like nitpicking. They ARE nitpicking. If someone is looking for the Marriott then keep looking. This hotel is as relaxing and welcoming as it looks.

The location was okay, not far from the city, but there was construction going on in the street, and the area didn't look very clean. The hotel is old, and the rooms aren't very clean, and the bathroom was dirty. There are two swimming pools, which are fine. The pool furthest from the restaurant was warmer and cleaner. The hotel really needs renovation. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of choices.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The reception staff and restaurant team were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant. It’s also in a great location, with easy access to other restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

We love our experience here, we felt like we where the only ones in the hotel.
We enjoyed the pool and the room as it was really comfortable. The hotel is really close from the train station, a 7eleven, pharmacy, beauty salons, also if you need to rent a bike there's so many places around. We rent ours in the train station but there's more competitive prices downtown. Also I recommend the coffee next to the passage of the hotel Mizu cafe in car, if you are looking for a takeaway
