Yantarasri Resort in Chiang Mai City

I really don't recommend this hotel for Chinese travelers, especially those with children. First off, there's practically no service and no amenities. At night, I couldn't even brush my teeth because there was no toothbrush provided. This is completely unacceptable for the price. Secondly, the bed linen wasn't changed once during my four-day stay, and the bath towels had holes in them. The showerhead was set too high, only suitable for someone over 1.8 meters tall, and couldn't be adjusted lower. We booked a pool room, and although it was too cold to swim much, the pool water was disgusting with visible debris floating on the surface and a dark green color. I didn't see anyone cleaning it the entire four days. Fourth, breakfast was truly terrible; only the croissants were decent, everything else was just… speechless, and it barely changed over the four days. Lastly, the frogs croaking and the airplane noise were very disruptive, though I can't blame the hotel entirely for that.

The hotel has a great exterior, but the bedding inside is terrible, and breakfast is unappetizing. Unlivable!
