Chiang Mai Mansion (Night Bazaar) in Chiang Mai City

Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for the price.

In February 2026, I booked the first 6 nights here on a trip.com and extended & agreed the next 15 nights directly with the owner for a better price for both of us . I had an excellent, spacious room on the 4th floor with a view of the courtyard where Thais leave their food vehicles from the night market. Unfortunately, there was a large construction site on that side of the building, something huge is being built and it will be finished at the end of 2027 at the earliest! I think the worst has passed in terms of noise... although - construction site - you know how it is... you never know where they are going to drill or demolish something... I was very satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff. Although almost no one speaks English except the owner, really all the guys and girls who work there are very kind and ready to do everything to make the guest's stay pleasant. Here you can also wash your clothes, the hotel offers that possibility (I think they have more machines, so they offer these services).
When you go out on the street, there is literally everything to buy, I indulged myself with food, the night market is 5 minutes away from the building, everything is great ... There is also 7/11 some 10 min away. What can I say - everything is great. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again, I will probably stay here again. Recommendation from my side

Nice hotel

I arrived in Chiang Mai by bus early in the morning, so I planned to just leave my luggage there and go sightseeing.
(Check-in was from 2 PM)
I was delighted to find that they allowed me to check in on the spot. Even though I was only staying one night, they even prepared four bottles of water for me. Thank you very much.
The room was very spacious and had an open feel.
There was also a balcony with a great view of the outside, but it was noisy as there was construction going on around the area.
The hotel was very close to the night market, and on that day they were holding the Khom Loi Festival, where they were also floating lanterns.
It was within walking distance, so I had a great time exploring.
However, I was disappointed that they didn't provide hair dryers for rent...I recommend bringing your own.

Good value.
This is basic accommodation. Not a lot to look at but bang for the buck is very good. Very convenient to the night bazaar. Good coffee and street foid very close by. Room is dated but clean. Aircon works perfect. TV is very large with hundreds of channels in many languages. We had to leave on a late bus and the manager was very accommodating to let us stay late for a very small fee. Would stay here again.

They are very polite and provide 2 bottles of water and towels every day.
