First I stayed here back in 2015 and I was so satisfied that when I came back in 2019, I booked my stay without looking for any further options. Great location, helpful staff, and conveniently priced

It was a clean, spacious and comfortable stay for me even though it’s not located near the night markets and touristy places. but all those places can be reached by grab/bolt bikes so no big deal.

Even a bit far from old town however Location is 5 minutes walking to Jing Jia market. Very good environment and provided free coffee and tea at the morning.

It's a bit of a distance from Nimman Road and the Old City, but this means it's nice and quiet without any noise. Eating options nearby are convenient, and you can walk to JJ Market

Gym and pool facilities were very good for a small hotel, unfortunately the pool was not open during our stay (our only small gripe) as it was shut for maintenance, although it looked like it would have been great

There is not much of interest around the hotel area itself. The staff are helpful, and the hotel offers various wellness classes for guests. The fitness centre is excellent, with new and modern equipment

One downside is that when ordering deliveries, you have to walk to the guardhouse to collect them, which is not very convenient

Great experience at this hotel, small but very nice hotel. I enjoyed the pool area and my girlfriend loved getting to wear the traditional dress and take pictures there. Also, the breakfast there was excellent.

A good hotel and I would stay again. It is located in Loi Kroh Road, a busy bar area in Chiang Mai. The card needs to be inserted for the lights and air conditioner to work. The hot water is not that hot

The location is great – right between Chiang Mai Old City and the Night Bazaar. You can walk to both and explore the area. It's about a 15 to 20 minute drive to the airport

That is why kettles should be provided so you can boil hot water to shave. Also, why do a lot of hotels not have sink plugs I like the location though…

Dont let the Geckos scare you, they can move really fast and also seek Shelter inside, but hey, they are cute and catch the mosquitoes - it is a hotel within pure nature, so take that in mind

I honestly didn’t want to leave, but we headed out to do some island hopping to the south. Salt water pool is cool and refreshing, clean rooms, elevator, night staff at front desk is 24 hours and very helpful

It's a genuine century-old house renovation, so there are some drawbacks: the water jet is too weak and unstable, the glass and wooden bathroom doors sometimes collide, and the glass door makes a loud noise when closing

The receptionist, who is a professor at Chiang Mai University, told me it was already booked until March or April of next year. The room had a really retro and charming atmosphere

The bathrooms are all separate. Breakfast orders are taken in advance and delivered to your room. Check-in is at 2 PM! The hotel entrance isn't very big
