I had a very pleasant stay at At the Train Station Chiang Mai. The location is very convenient, especially if you are traveling by train, because it is only a short walk from Chiang Mai Railway Station

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Even though the hotel is close to the station, the area was quiet enough to rest well at night

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. There are also small cafes and local food spots nearby, which makes it easy to find something to eat without traveling far

This hotel, located right next to the train station, truly hit the perfect spot for me. I booked it because I had an early 6 AM train to catch

Cool location, walking distance to Walking Street night market (think held every Fri late afternoon to night ??, next to Travelodge Nimman ) and CMU campus (where the Ang Kaew Reservoir is within) Also walkable to One Nimman and Maya shopping

Hotel management was decent, and the location was convenient.

When we needed to book an additional night, we had to pay almost double, they couldn't add it to our existing reservation, then we had to move to a room that was not satisfactory. Tepid hot water, small no chair or desk

The breakfast is adequate, not special but not bad. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bartender is a real bartender, knows how to make an excellent cocktail. Price of the rooms is reasonable

We booked for 8 days and got a discount. The room was fine, clean and good tempuerature control

Service was good, only thing is room sound proof bad, shower is the worst cold n hot auto changing

Highly recommended! Lovely stay and time really stand still when you stay here, it's so peaceful and quiet that I can do my yoga and meditation all day long

The architecture is traditional local villa style, nice layout in the backyard with tropical greens, the atmosphere is simply decorated with good old days crafts

This is such a great boutique hotel to stay in Nimman area. It’s located in quiet area, far from the main road but near enough to maya mall and one nimman. The room is spacious with balcony

Loved the hotel! Tucked away in a tiny street surrounded by trees and away from the busy road but not too far to walk to the trendy Nimman area. The hotel is beautifully decorated and full of character in every corner

The room was clean and well equipped. Soundproofing could be improved, but overall there was nothing to complain about. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

We booked a Deluxe Triple Room and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Suite, which was almost twice the size and very comfortable, especially for elderly guests

My favorite is the pool and the spa area. Staff are all very nice and helpful. If you want to have a good night's rest from being out the whole day, this is the place

The hotel is basic but has everything one needs for a short stay - Aircon, king sized bed and nice hotel staff and a friendly cat to welcome you! Within short walking distance, there are a couple of local restos.

loved the buffet breakfast I opted for, was great, alot of variety. and although I had a room on the road side with the window closed I had no trouble sleeping

It's located right next to the old city, with a 7-Eleven nearby, making everything convenient. I went out in the middle of the night to buy a SIM card, and the staff kindly helped me by telling me where the 7-Eleven was

A few small downsides: the rooms are a bit noisy, the windows cannot be opened which can make the room feel stuffy, and the TV is quite old. However, these are minor points

The rooms are spacious and clean but the bed and couch are extremely firm and a bit uncomfortable. The rain shower did not work and the kettle lid was broken, which almost led me to burning my hand with boiling water

The quad room was a bit cramped, but the double room was just right. You'll hear planes flying overhead at night, but the view is quite nice

The only downside is that it's located directly under the flight path, very close to the airport, so the takeoff noise can be a bit loud

Surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants, this hotel is not far from Chiang Mai One and Chiang Mai University. The breakfast is amazing, and the service is top-notch

However, there are hardly any flights after 11 PM, and the bedding is excellent, so my rest wasn't significantly disturbed

The place is beautiful. Peaceful, clean, very Chiang Mai style. The room was beautiful but not pretentious, clean and functional. The pool was great after a day of walking around. Location amazing.

And sitting by the patio or terrace overlooking the pond is such a nice retreat from the bustling of nearby markets and shops. I don’t know if every room is equipped with a jacuzzi tub but ours did

The concierge lady is very helpful, she helped me arrange a private car day trip with some unconventional logistics. Not only she delivered, she got me the best price in town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

The hotel entrance is a bit unassuming, but once you enter the property, it takes you into a nature oasis. We often encounter the frogs croaking by the pond after sunset

Go for the balcony ones, having view on the inside courtyard. Location may be a little noisy (you can hear music and outside celebrations)

This is my second time staying here. For the price, is a bargain but do bear in mind rooms are dated and can be quite dim at night as lights are somewhat not bright. Location itself and staffs are excellent

The location is perfect, it’s very new and the decoration feels super fresh and chic. It’s kept very clean, reception are nice and the breakfast was really good (and with an amazing view over the swimming pool)

From a location standpoint, it’s really hard to beat. Regarding the room, this may be due to being right in the city center, but the sound insulation isn’t great and you can hear quite a bit of street noise

Stayed for one night during a layover. The location is good, right next to Tha Phae Gate. honestly, a guesthouse would have been better. Good thing it was just for a layover. Breakfast was also very basic

Have stayed in far better hotels in Chiang Mai for price they were charging so would probably give this a miss next time even though it's in a good quite location

Good location and easy to communicate with workers. They have sooooooooooooo many activity flyers, it is impossible to not find something cool to do in chiangmai

This hotel is super easy to find, right near Tha Phae Gate in the Old City. The common areas are really relaxing and inviting, and the rooms have all the essentials like AC, a shower, and a fridge

The staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic! 👍 Most importantly, the price is really reasonable and affordable. It's a great choice for anyone just looking for a place to rest and sleep!

In a 11 day stay there was no attempt to change bedding or clean room  The air-conditioning worked but looked like it had not been cleaned or serviced in a long time with some staining on wall from leaks

The hotel room is very large, being assigned to the room next to the pool, you can walk directly from the room out to the pool, the environment is good, the location is not too remote, but in and out must have a car or order Grab, nearby 7-11, and a stall of grilled chicken, walk farther a few restaurants! 8m, there are no lifeguards, be careful if you don't know how to swim, the sunbathing spot will be more disappointing! Hotel WiFi is very poor, often fails for no reason, complained to the Front Desk that too many people use, but in practice is not received at any time, want to use Front Desk's WiFi, hotel outdoors quite a lot of dollars! Another is breakfast, the so-called buffet, very little food...

We don't know! Because I had to catch a plane, I was pressed for time, and I didn't negotiate it too much! Only know that we pay for other people's mistakes. No matter how much money, this makes me very uncomfortable

Good points: - Great Location: relatively short walk to the old town and in a quiet part of central Chiang Mai. - Big Rooms: we had a suite and it was enormous, with two bathrooms and loads of space

The option of breakfast not to much but enough for everyone, delicious and serving 6. 00 am The pool also good and have a small gyms. The lobby have a free coffee and water and snacks for the guest

Sabai Sabai Chaingmai Hotel as a boutique hotel. I would recommend the high quality service, quite and clean. We booked for 5 nights including breakfast

The only problem we found was that the local taxi drivers couldn’t find the hotel and we ended up walking from the main road on many occasions
