A good hotel for the price, not ultra luxe. A bit away from the main hotspots which was quite nice. The pool access set up is fun. The breakfast was pretty good but not mind blowing.

Rooms are spacious,. Checked in on 19/3, the room floor is abit sticky and dusty. We requested the cleaners to clean it, the next day the floor is clean. We tried all the 3 pools, kids love it so much. The only concern is the water cleanliness.
Good services, the staffs will greet you with smile and attend to any request we asked, they are very helpful.
Location wise, is a bit further from Patong beach. We only able to reserve the shuttle bus to Jungceylon central as it is fully booked. Please book in advance one day before or can choose to take tuk tuk/grab if wanna go to Patong beach/ Patong City. There’s one small 7-eleven within walking distance.

The best hotel in Phuket, hands down! Nobody can tell me otherwise. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, surrounded by tropical scenery. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and over accommodating, always happy to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Phuket has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!✨

I love my stay at this hotel, I celebrated my birthday and they decorated the bed nicely. The room was clean and well maintained. I tried the floating lunch time tea and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! Every things tasted so good ! There is a shuttle to take you from the lobby to the room also very helpful.

Great hotel for a family, there were tons of families when we stayed there. Breakfast was good, not great; kids pool was fantastic; kids play area was sufficient; room was really nice and comfortable. Location is not great for beach access or even for walking much, but I knew that more or less before booking the room. There was, daily and for hours, a loud ringing/humming noise like a running generator that we could hear outside and in our room with the doors closed and the AC on, so that was annoying. But, all around a good stay.

We had a really great stay at The Nature Phuket. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and you can tell the staff take good care of the place. The location is convenient, close enough to the beach and main areas, but still quiet and relaxing.
Service was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more comfortable. The facilities were also very good, especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
Overall, it’s a great choice for couples looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Phuket. I’d definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The food was 10/10. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!
