The hotel environment is fantastic, no complaints there. They offer a free shuttle to Chaweng Beach, have three outdoor pools, and two gyms. I even spotted a big gecko 🦎, but it was quite friendly.

Even my stay was short I enjoyed the room and the location of the resort Facilities all look nice and service staff smiling and available to help. The complex is very cramped (close together) and lacks charm. Unfortunately, you can hear the neighbors very clearly through the closed connecting door in the "Villa Connect" units.

The hotel is ok, but not 5 stars, is a bit far from the main street, and very dark to walk that way when it gets a bit dark, and the breakfast is very simple, at most like a 3 star hotel, so not worth the money we paid for this hotel in low season, and swimming is not possible in that part of the island either, too many big rocks everywhere, so you can only swim in the pool.

The hotel is really nice and the service is great. The staff was really thoughtful and available. We had a problem with electricity in the room, after reporting it to the reception a technician was at the room in the time it took me to get back to the room. The villa pool is great. Just the right size. The bed was really comfy.

Cleaning is daily. The pool is also cleaned daily. There's security on site, and no one is allowed in. It's perfectly quiet and peaceful. The beach is a one-minute walk away.

Good location and friendly staff

The hotel is located on a lovely, quiet, and peaceful beach. Shops and cafes are within a 10-minute walk. However, the rooms themselves need renovation; the furniture is very worn, and all the plumbing is corroded. There are very few sun loungers on the beach, no more than 10, which isn't enough for all guests. I wish there were more.

The hotel is generally good. The location is excellent, right on the seashore, and the prices are low. There's a cafe where you can eat from morning until 9 p.m. The grounds are cleaned. This hotel choice was truly excellent! I booked two nights, one in a sea-view room and the other in a sea-view villa 🏠. We had the pleasure of staying in the two-bedroom apartments at Samui Green twice. The friendly staff made our check-in process a breeze, and the spacious and easily accessible rooms made us feel right at home. It was truly a home away from home for us on both occasions!

There are not a lot of access points to the beach as far as we could see, but this hotel is close to one, which is awesome. The room was clean, the bedding and beds are comfortable and clean. My husband absolutely loves this hotel! The beach access is super convenient, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch. A bit old-fashioned decoration hotel (for my room type) and the gym is rather small. But the big plus points for this hotel are their staff and service, soooo nice and impressive. I heard online that the W Koh Samui is the worst, and I certainly experienced it firsthand. The facilities are outdated, and the front desk staff were just okay. When issues arose, they'd just make excuses, and even the managers couldn't resolve problems. You can really feel the internal management chaos. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed in a private bungalow and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the beautiful views from the terrace, and the well-thought-out interior design. They have their own private beach, a massage service with sea views, a varied breakfast spread, a swimming pool, and sun loungers with umbrellas and towels. We even saw squirrels running around the grounds!
