C&N Hotel Patong, Phuket in Patong

+ I know this hotel and my friends stayed there many times. I also know the old „Hacienda“ (now the cheaper „Garden View“ rooms of C&N). It is nice and clean, the staff was friendly, especially the reception and entrance staff was very attentive and helpful. That was very pleasant.
- This time i stayed in the C&N building at floor 5. It was a bit louder there because you can hear the noise from the bars and clubs more than on lower floors. No problem for me, because i choosed this location and i went out at night anyway. But i didn‘t like the unkind housekeeping/cleaning staff. I tried to sleep (maybe later then other guests), but they were shouting to each other between different rooms when cleaning. And their walkie-talkies were really loud, woke me up almost every day. They didn‘t hold the walkie-talkies in their hands when speaking. It was at their belt and they just pressed the button, so they had to shout out loud to make their colleagues hear them. They didn’t care. Very ruthless. Usually in Patong hotels you get disturbed by russian guests, but this time the hotel staff woke me up many times. It is not the problem in the „Garden View“ Rooms (formerly „Hacienda“ Hotel), because there are no corridors.

The room and the bathroom was very clean! It could be a little noisy as it is located right above a bar and with a club opposite to us, but it is still bearable for its location and price! The reception was very kind to us and gave us extra water too!
