For a single person who can adapt, the hotel offers a spacious room with a large, comfortable bed, spacious closets, and a decent bathroom. The cleanliness is adequate. A few issues arose, but they were quickly resolved by the staff.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was dated, and we spotted a cockroach. The air conditioning worked fine. Cleaning was available upon request. There's a market nearby, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Banzai is a 30-minute walk away. The receptionist was polite and provided a hairdryer upon request. The pool was small, waist-deep. Really nice little place with friendly owners/managers. We stayed for 4 or 5 days but chose to leave early due to our own poor behaviour. Would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Hotel is in Paradise area and location is the best. 2 minutes walk to Bangla Walking street and around 7 to 10 minutes to the Patong Beach. And ofcourse very closed to Gay clubs. Wonderful staff and good beds.

I tried to book this hotel like SHA+ but they didn't send me certicate SHA+ for embassy. By their mind it's not necessary :) as result I lost my appointment in embassy and have to go there again. Booking was cancelled by me because without certificate I can't get a visa. Maybe they just haven't SHA+ and post false information on Agoda about their status. Do not recommend like SHA+ hotel.

This is a pretty good hotel. While the room was a bit small and the surroundings weren't great, the price was very reasonable, and it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

It was real good stay .. location is central to the city with loads of eateries around .. it was a family room with two big beds ..check in was easy , as they prepared everything before we arrive there , a matter of five minutes .. and for a few of 1000 baht , they extended our check out time for 6 hours .. recommended

The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly. But I'd improve the way you enter there rooms, normal keys are old fashion, better to enter with card keys. Also I didn't like they still use curtains in the bathroom, it's better to use a crystal to separate shower from toilet.

Decent hotel. Ac didn't work one night but they fixed it the next day. Gas smell fills room from bathroom sink. But service desk gives no issues to my issues. Room is cold now. Bed is very hard but it's better then a lot of other hotels for its price point.

However, the AC in my room was a bit noisy and didn’t cool as effectively as expected. Also, something to note — the room only has 2-pin plug points, so if you’re carrying devices with 3-pin plugs, make sure to bring a converter or buy one locally. Just had 2 great weeks at white patong. Everything was great. Room cleaned every day. Fresh towels. Bar refreshed everyday. Excellent location for all night life. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Joy on reception. I look forward to going back again.

It's a nice place for the price you pay. There is a nice swimming pool there and it's close to Patong Beach (you can go walking with no problem). Some nice restaurants nearby.

There is a very kind personal in hotel.they have nice clean rooms. I think the bar in hotel was open permanently. I was surprised because they have very good coffee. Hotel laundry wad quick and clothes nice smell. Only mistake for me is location in centrum of the city because i seek some quiet place for relax but night live was amazing and all shops and restaurants have good meal.

I appreciated the work of the staff, helpful and kind. The big flaw is that the hotel must have a bad property that risks ruining everything, the rooms are large and equipped but when you go to sleep you find torn and stained sheets that give some doubts. no top sheet, the blanket or duvet that is used as top sheet is never washed between guests. I stayed 11 nights and never saw one go to wash. So all guests are sleeping in the filth of all other past guests. the only washroom available is the one in room so while people are showering you have no washroom anywhere to use. Bathroom went 3 days no toilet paper. No common area. Even the cafe was not open...

The reception staff doesn't speak english well and it's was hard to communicate. When they don't understand, they start answering the same thing multiple times, like a chatbot. Too many rules and no flexibility to the customer needs, for example: last order for the restaurant should be placed at 8:30PM, and they refused my order (just a cake actually, so nothing to cook) at 8:31PM. A comfortable apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, clean, and fairly quiet, considering it's in Patong. There's an elevator; we were on the 4th floor. The downsides were our view of an old, unfinished building, and the air conditioning, which smelled bad in the small room when turned on, so we had to make do without it and use a fan. Overall, the hotel is okay, suitable for a long-term stay.

The hotel offers excellent service, a comfortable mattress, and good pillows. Sleeping was a pleasure. The room had a comfortable balcony where we could enjoy coffee and breakfast. The only drawback was the lack of hot water at night and the weak water pressure.
