We were received by a girl who was very kind and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Out friends room smelled a bit like chlorine but nothing bad. For this price, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you !!

Rooms are spacious with all required amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in Patong.

The hotel was spacious and comfortable. It is close to the market and Patong Beach is just 15 minutes by walk. The owners stay nearby and are very friendly and helpful.
Just one suggestion – after booking, I asked the staff about how to come from the airport by bus, but they said they don’t know. I feel they should try to help guests with such basic information, even if they are not directly responsible. Guests will always appreciate any support.
Other than that, everything was good. I had a nice stay!

I'll start with the good: The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming. The room itself was big enough. The guest house is about 4 minutes walk from a nice little market and about 10 minutes walk from the beach.
Now the not so good part: There was no hot water in the shower, which we informed people about both by mail in the evening and in person in the morning and no one came to fix it for the 2 nights we were there. Also no housekeeping.
The room was not clean to say the least, the sheets were stained and also the walls were stained. The bed was partially sinking to the floor and was uncomfortable. Too bad I didn't take pictures of all of this.. only the sheets.
Plus, this place is right on the road so it was very loud all day long and also all night.
Overall I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend

Few minutes drive from center Patong - bangla, Patong Beach etc...
If you don't have a bike, you can rent one 50 meter walk from HillSide, or grab a TukTuk/taxi really nearby.
Have laundry services across the street, few bars and massage shop.
Very quit environment, clean rooms, house keeping, swimming pool, A/C and more.
I'm staying here about 2 months for now and I'm very pleased with the location, apartments and hotel owner.
Only disadvantages I can think of is that there is no 7/11 in walking distance.. I drive the bike for about 1 minute if u need something.. But it really minor.
