Very noisy from all the bars/clubs nearby so if thats a problem, look elsewhere. A/C leaked in room, bathroom light didn't work, window wouldn't close and lock, showerhead was chest high. There is something good about the place its got a great location.

Didn't rate this place at all, even despite the price. Air conditioning was sub-par, rooms are dated and need maintenance, balcony is unusable due to air-condition unit being placed in the way. Stairwell is steep and not easily travelled day in day out. Staff seemed uninterested and last whilst late night security were often not attending the front desk.

never ever think to stay here .... The bathroom feels old and dirty with no hot water to the sink.... Air Cod Not Working ... Cleaning is very bad ... The lack of window & being at the rear of the building was a god send at night.....only 1 thing is good near to bangla road other wise its to bad....

As other reviewers also mentioned: the rooms are very different from the pictures. Standard room: No balcony, only two super small windows. It’s a jail like feeling. The pictures on Agoda show a big window with a balcony. I was asked to pay 1000 BHT a night to upgrade the room.

The older receptionist lady which claimed that the wrong pictures are not her fault - „it’s the owners fault“ - was very rude to me at all times. She even made rude sounds when I walked by the reception and shouted „NOOO“ when I asked to change the time of my airport taxi.

I was always friendly, smiling and respectful at all times to her. I never requested but only nicely asked her. Therefore, I did not deserve this kind of treatment.

Stay away. This is a nightmare and to the owner: think about who you put as your receptionist in charge as the current one is the worst possible face for your hotel. And, add correct pictures to your room definitions as you’re knowingly deceiving customers. I hope your hotel will be unlisted from Agoda to save other customers vacation.
