The staff helped arrange airport transfers and, for a small fee, late checkout.
I specifically requested that no one enter my room at all, not even for cleaning. Despite this, staff entered without permission, and during that time a valuable electronic device was stolen. When I complained, the response was extremely dismissive – they just told me to “check the room” and took no responsibility. A very disappointing and unsafe experience.
I gave it two stars because the staff is very nice, polite, and tries to be helpful, otherwise it's a one star place. I booked it for two weeks, but left after one night.
