The hotel's location and environment are excellent. It's about two kilometers from Patong Beach, a pleasant 20-minute walk away. There's also a bus station nearby with services to Phuket Town, making getting around very convenient. There are plenty of convenience stores and shops in the vicinity. Even though it's in a busy area, it has its own private courtyard, which makes it very quiet. They clean the room every day, and most importantly, the shower always has hot water! Very satisfied!

The hotel is very close to Patong Beach and the night market. It's tucked away in an alley, making it much quieter than hotels directly on the main street. Right outside, there's a street food strip. I wanted to extend my stay for a few more days, but it was fully booked and so popular, I couldn't get a room. I ended up booking an available room for a shorter period and then had to find another place nearby for the remaining dates. Honestly, this hotel is still my favorite! Plus, there are lots of adorable cats (hakimi) around. 👍🏻

Very nice place with a beautiful garden and pool side - the owners a chinese coupke were very friendly and helpfull. Defenitely a place to stay.

Pros: The room was relatively clean, and the bed was quite large. They provided towels and air conditioning, and there were international power outlets. When the weather was good, the pool behind the front desk looked beautiful.

Cons: Book much earlier! December is more expensive. What I couldn't stand the most was the old shower equipment; the water pressure was extremely low. It was just a small Haier water heater, topping out at 55 degrees Celsius, and it would trip frequently. I almost couldn't shower at night. It's incomparable to a 600 RMB hotel in China. For this price, you could stay in a much better-rated hotel. If you have high standards for accommodation quality, I suggest looking elsewhere. You can make do if you're not too picky, I guess. They will charge a 1000 THB deposit, which is refunded only after they inspect the room upon check-out.

The room was great and very clean. The smart TV with internet access, YouTube, and other apps worked perfectly, which was a nice bonus.

This guesthouse has a Southeast Asian-style courtyard, a swimming pool, and a washing machine. It's quite quiet and the price is reasonable. The front desk staff can speak a little Chinese. It's only a 10-minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Center and Banzaan Fresh Market, making it very convenient.

The location felt a bit out of the way, and there's a Muay Thai gym right next door. The room was quite spacious, but the AC and fridge were a bit noisy. There were a lot of foreigners staying there; they were chatting in the courtyard all night when I stayed.

I went with my kids, and it was clean, hygienic, and pretty quiet, which I liked. It wasn't so noisy that I couldn't sleep. The room was quite large and spacious. The owner mentioned they had recently renovated it, and the AC was really powerful. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is great for kids! 👍

I highly recommend this hotel! It's affordable and a great find. The room was quiet and spotless, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. You can also enjoy a swim in the morning or evening, catch some sun, and just relax. A 7-Eleven is within walking distance, making daily shopping incredibly convenient. The self-service laundry machines are a huge bonus, solving any worries about laundry while traveling. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The owner is really nice and supports Chinese communication. They're also very helpful with travel recommendations and currency exchange. The service is super efficient; when my room was too stuffy on the first day, they installed a new AC unit for me the next! The amenities are comprehensive too, with a washing machine, drying rack, and hairdryer. The room is cleaned daily, always spotless, and they provide drinking water.

I stayed here for a week. 5 star service for 2 star prices. Everything is close. I really LOVED my stay here. Only had one issue and that was the cars on the road with loud exhausts as the hotel is right in the road

I am sure they have faked 5/5 reviews to make their rating higher than it should be.

My Experience here:
Scammed me put me in a different room than was advertised: disgusting bathroom, broken door, trash dirty room, furniture that looks nothing like the pictures and no hot water my entire stay!!!

When explaining to reception and showing them the room I paid for on Agoda they blamed the entire thing on me even though they clearly were falsely advertising!!

The lady who couldn’t speak English would just type into google translate: “This is your mistake” “These are the same rooms” “This is not the hotels problem”

When I tried to cancel booking they gave me the number of their ‘boss’ to sort it out with him. When I explained over the phone what has happened he just hung up on me…. as I had already paid online there was nothing I could do.

Absolutely 0 customer service I do not recommend booking here. At least book in person rather than online so you can see if you’re gonna get scammed. I warned you.

Too old rooms. Too noisy at night. For several days we've been there - we haven't any room service.
The only advantage is that owner gave us a motorbike for free, so we could get to many different beaches.

If you ever rent a room here, make sure you bring everything necessary like soap, toilet paper etc with you. In 5 days we didn't have any room service.
Our room was smelling disgusting, windows and floors are very dirty and oily! Blankets and linens full of yellowish stains!! There is also a water pump which is working very noisy 24/7! The bathroom is another nightmare : the door is broken so sometimes we were stuck there. No warm water. Worst sleep ever here! Cannot recommend to stay but the staff at the bar is very friendly
