Unfortunately, the photos on the website and reality are two polar opposites. Upon checking into the hotel, we had planned to stay three nights, but we realized we didn't even want to stay overnight. The room was terrible, the walls were dirty, everything was shabby and grubby. We approached the manager and asked her to cancel the room without a penalty, as it was impossible to stay at this hotel. The manager couldn't agree to a full refund, so we were forced to leave and then change our arrival dates through Trip.com to save money for the remaining two nights. I don't recommend checking in.

excellent location, 2 min walk to the beach and right in the middle of the market and happening area. But its a no frill simple place with clean room.

Location is perfect - walk away to Patong Beach, front of the hotel got a lot of eateries options and yes, massages shop next to it

I loved staying here. My room was huge(felt palatial). the rooftop pool one flight up. Room came with a basic breakfast... which I only made it to on the last day. Its quite low key, eg. from the street you'd never know its there.

The room is relatively clean and simple. The location is very good. It is very close to the beach. You can go to the beach to watch the sunset at any time.

There's a bike rental shop at the bottom of this building that tourists should avoid. The owner insists on holding your passport as collateral and makes it very difficult to get it back. We witnessed him do this to a customer before us, so we refused to hand over our original passports. In response, he demanded 1,000 baht as a "penalty" for wasting his time. Fortunately, we paid the amount and got away, but had we given him our passports, we would have likely faced much worse. Please be cautious and steer clear of this place.
