During stay, the hotel was under mass renovation most decoration and more than half of the lobby is unavailable. The room is okay, but the renovation change from carpet to spc flooring and it was already worn out. However, the overall is fine.

This is an older five-star hotel, but the rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. There's a night market nearby with great pork knuckle rice, and a local eatery close by that serves delicious beef rice and pork neck.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Khon Kaen.  We stayed for the New Years countdown and had a fireworks show right outside our window. It is within walking distance of Central shopping plaza.

Newly renovated! The hotel was just renovated and looked better than before. I was stay here last year too. The location was also excellent in the heart of Khon Kaen, closed to so many shops and department store. Service was great but we actually booked a twin bed room not a double bed room. The bar at the hotel was good for relax, the staff was also very friendly. Recommended!

The waves were too strong to go swimming during my visit. The breakfast was good, but the location is a bit out of the way. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. Replenishing drinking water and room cleaning were very prompt.

The investors clearly had a keen eye for this prime beachfront location, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. It's right next to the Renaissance, so I couldn't help but compare. I didn't stay in a villa, so I can't comment on that, but in terms of the ocean view rooms, while slightly smaller than the Renaissance, the natural resources here are definitely on par. It is a good property with wonderful view, amenities and spacious rooms, good service and American breakfast. But lacks in employees who understand English and totally lacks with Indian food. If you can manage without Indian food then undoubtedly a good place to stay.

Laundry service was quite slow, and I was charged double for an expedited service on my check-out day. Check-in was also a bit slow. The hotel boasts a prime location, just steps from Dusit Central Park shopping mall and the Sala Daeng BTS station. I would give this hotel 3 stars. We stayed in executive room for one night. The building is quite old and doesn’t really match the price we paid. Other than the fact that they are still using room keys and thus limit you to one key per room and not using the key card technology, the hotel is pretty good and the location is excellent. The rooms are pretty big and so are the washrooms.

It's a very old hotel that needs some update! Rooms are nice, though and service is good. Food is awful, only breakfast was good. It is located in a normal place, nothing fancy.

You can tell that the hotel is old but it is very clean and it was a great place to stay. The rooms are very large and we received a welcome basket of snacks when we arrived. There are spas and a laundromat close by, and it's not a far walk to the wonderful Anusarn Night Market.

The room is big and clean. The location is quite far from the attraction and the shop. But there are many restaurants in the hotel area. If you’re a Muslim travelling here, you can grab halal food from the small shop in front of the hotel entrance; it's open from 9am-5pm. Very large room and very clean. The service is so great value and breakfast have many options with many varieties for meat lovers or vegetarians. The hotel also has a huge park with many animals for entertaining the kids so they don't get bored. Aver all, great value to stay here.

Every time I visit Pattaya, I make sure to book this hotel. The ambiance is so comfortable, and the pool is incredibly photogenic. This time, I booked a direct pool access room, which was incredibly pleasant – I could go straight from my room's balcony into the pool!

We stayed in a high-floor room with a sea view, which was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the pool downstairs was usable, but the water was a bit cold due to the weather, so we didn't go in!

Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby. For example, a bottle of beer is 500% more expensive. If you stay here and want to book day trips, better use online apps. Hotel’s tour desk and booking agents in general in Thailand charge up to 200% more.

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive. In room dining prices are not overpriced. One small comment would be the room slipper is too thin and slippery, so we didn’t use it. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

Andaman seaview resort in Karon so close from the Karon beach

The rooms are a bit old and the facilities are showing their age, but the view is nice and the service was great. There's a shuttle bus to Terminal 21, and the overall service is quite good. It was a decent stay, and I enjoyed waking up to bird songs and a pleasant view.

Nice hotel design but lacking 5 star feel. Only shampoo/conditioner combination, bathroom has weird layout and bump into door often. Shower constantly hot/cold, can’t maintain temperature. Beach front but beach is all rocks and not swimmable. Nothing nearby without walking 10+ mins to main road, luckily they have free shuttle.  Staff were excellent and deserve 5 stars for their service.

I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

Service: Not as great considering it was a 5 star-hotel. When I arrived at 10pm, no doorkeeper to help you with your luggage, the front door of the hotel was even closed (but unlocked). Just a stone's throw from Karon Beach, the service here is excellent, and there's always a pleasant surprise when you stay again. This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Phuket. It's affordable and very clean. I'll definitely be back!

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road. It was incredibly noisy, with motorbikes revving their engines so loudly it was deafening.

This is my third time staying at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel and I still like it a lot. Ever since it was recommended to me, I’ve been coming back whenever I’m in Bangkok. The hotel has a nice vibe and ambience, rooms are comfortable and most importantly quiet, so I always sleep really well here. Facilities are good — there’s a gym and massage on Level 9. It’s quite an underrated hotel that is affordable and yet close to the main area in Bangkok. You probably will need A 5-6 mins walk after alighting from the train station. The room is also surprisingly good, clean and modern.
