A beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant crowd. It’s the perfect spot to relax and simply enjoy the moment. Special thanks to the waiter Poo — he was incredibly kind and attentive and even helped me take many beautiful photos. Even though I came alone, I felt very comfortable and completely welcome. This place truly has a warm and inviting vibe. Highly recommended!
We had an incredible 5-night stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok, booked through Luxury Escapes, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The Luxury Escapes inclusions made the experience feel extra special from start to finish. Every added touch elevated the stay and made it feel like exceptional value for such a premium hotel. One of the highlights was the complimentary 30-minute massage. We booked a couples...
Amazing location and one of the most beautiful rooftop bars in the middle of Bangkok. The views are absolutely stunning, especially tonight when we came to see the blood moon. Watching it rise over the city skyline made the experience even more special. Khun Poo (ปู้) took wonderful care of us throughout the evening. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. He even helped take photos for...
We had an amazing experience at Saffron Thai Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious—authentic Thai flavors, beautifully presented, and very satisfying. I would especially like to thank the staff member Mew, who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. She was very attentive, kind, and professional, which made our dinner even more...
VERTIGO Rooftop Bar and Restaurant: We had an absolutely amazing experience at Vertigo Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Our 3 adult kids joined us for an unbelievable evening of fabulous mocktails, food and views. This was our second night here dining under the stars and the wait and host staff exceeded our expectations with exceptional service from start to finish. A shout out to “Oliver” our waiter...
Got upgraded to this spacious 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathtubs, 2 sofa sets and 4 TVs. Complete kitchen utensils. Great city view. Superior in-room BF. Perfect staycation indeed ❤

Guys, seriously, book this place without hesitation, don't even bother looking at others. It's affordable and the location is great. We stayed two nights and wanted to extend, but the price went up. We ended up booking another two nights for 503 yuan elsewhere, which was absolutely terrible. This hotel, though, is really good. The lobby is grand, and I don't mind that the facilities are a bit old.
Not a fully clean I found some blonde hair when I was arrive and I report to the lady cleaner. The location was great for a convenient to travel 7-Eleven nearby. Not too bad I would like to recommend.
At 260 a night, including breakfast for two, with a gym and pool on the 5th floor and breakfast served on the first—what more could you ask for? The room has large windows, letting in plenty of natural light. All the basic facilities are perfectly acceptable.
Lobby area is huge, nice staff and helpful room not new but clean and have a lot space, location is good not far from street food chinatown and mbk.
Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. Everything very clean. You can notice the humidity in the bathroom but nothing big. Would stay again.
The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around incredibly convenient. Stepping into the lobby, you're greeted by a spacious and grand design, creating an atmosphere that's both classic and tasteful. Although the hotel has a bit of history, it's very well-maintained, which only adds to its timeless charm and substance. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a comfortable...

The hotel was great location, and old hotel . So quiet easy to go around.
Room was spacious. But towels were stained. Very busy hotel. And breakfast was very good especially halal food was noted too.
A very comfortable old hotel close to the main Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. At check in you had to leave a 2000 baht deposit. Tip- make sure you take care of the receipt as you will need it on leaving. The room was spacious and very quiet. Great blackout curtains too meant a really good night's sleep for me. Housekeeping was efficient and very friendly, and the room was always cleaned even if I returned...
It's former glory days are gone. It was once a very nice place. Now, it's an inexpensive hotel and you get your money's worth. I stayed for 6 nights in Dec 2025. I paid about $40 USD per night. The maintenance is shoty but everything works. The room was clean but the carpets on the 12th floor needs replacement or at least a deep cleaning. The location is great. It is walking distance to the old town...
Amazing location so close to walk to the Night bazaar and many restaurants. The cleaner looked so busy with so many rooms not sure if they were short staffed. Great view and swimming pool. Variety for breakfast was amazing.
First let me say the location is unbeatable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive good service. My friend booked a room for me (under his name) but sent an email informing them I would be the person to check-in. Reception accepted it and even upgraded me to a better room on the 22nd Floor. The room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. And what a view. The pool was great and so was the sauna....

Great hotel in Surin Beach area. The staff was very nice. The room decor was modern and spacious. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Enjoy the good coffee and soft serve daily. The multiple pools and loungers were great. Had a chance to use both gyms during my stay. A short walk to delicious Thai restaurants and massages. Will definitely stay again.
Staff tried to be helpful and manage the hord of people staying at this large complex.
Very spacious room and a large balcony to hang and dry our diving gears!! Very thoughtful and sweet for the staff to offer birthday surprises for this memorable stay! Pools are great too!!
The staff are super friendly, Bao, Jack & the whole team provided an outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble! The room was always clean and the food of a good standard! I would definitely be more than happy to come back again! Phuket is a beautiful place too, and the locals are so lovely and helpful. 😄
The room is spacious, food is decent and entire resort area is large. Good for family stay. Near-by area is very convenient, exchange place, restaurant, convenient stores are all there.
Our stay at Mida Grande was lovely. We went for the all include package which included a large menu and selection of drinks to choose from (the actual menu’s were affordable and lots to choose from too for anyone that wanted just room). The hotel is absolutely class, most of the staff are very friendly, however during the late night time, there are communication issues, some staff are not familiar with the regulations and information, and English communication is lower than expected. In general, it’s a very beautiful and clean place, worth the price.
Good experience with convenience carpark and location with hospitality
Some parts of the hotel has been renovated. Some havent. The room we stay is alright. But they aircorn is too strong wind and cannot turn the temp higher than 25 degree celcius. Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but it's a bit run down. For breakfast, they offer an omelet or scrambled eggs. There's very little greenery (vegetables/salad). There are a couple of types of pastries. The sausages are inedible. In general, breakfast, like in many Thai hotels, is quite meager. Coffee is only black, but it seems to be real coffee. Milk is only served cold. So, you either have to ask the...
The breakfasts are repetitive; there's nothing 'wow.' The fruit selection is poor, but they do offer European bread, which isn't common in other hotels. The coffee is espresso only, very strong, definitely an acquired taste. The rooms are standard; no bathrobes or slippers. Soap is only available as liquid, and each person gets only two towels, which are worn out and not pure white. The mattress is...
An older hotel with an excellent location, close to both Kata and Karon. However, the linens were subpar, and the water quality was terrible. I'd recommend bringing your own filter shower head.
This hotel/resort is located near Kata Center (a 10-minute walk), very close to both Kata Beach and Karon Beach, but on a small hill that isolates it from the hustle and bustle of local traffic. Initially, the uphill walk back after the beach seemed like a drawback, but after a few days, we appreciated that it was cool in the evenings without needing air conditioning, and being a bit "surrounded by...
Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the location near the sea was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!
The bungalow we booked was more like an interior courtyard, not the resort setting I had expected. The aircon was extremely noisy so they switched us to another room in their sister hotel (Peach Blossom) that was supposedly more expensive. That room was nice, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear every conversation in the hall and neighboring rooms.

Unfortunately I don’t have much pictures about the hotel. Super clean, nice staff and comfortable room. I missed my breakfast, didn’t get the chance to try it…
Very relaxing and had a bath which was just lovely. Friendly staff, delicious sausages.
I come here every year. I've been here more than ten times, and I always stay for a few days. It feels like home here. Plus, the doormen and front desk staff all recognize me now. I really appreciate that, it shows how humane the hotel is from top to bottom – I've also recommended it to many friends. I just left two days ago, but I suddenly felt unwell. So I rebooked and wanted to rest for a few days...
Very nice hotel which I will stay everytime when I m in Bangkok. Breakfast is delicious and have many variety. Will recommend.
The room was very clean, and it's great that they have smoking rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it! The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and it's very close to the BTS. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, though I didn't get a chance to use it.
Facilities: Excellent, they have their own doorman. There's also a free tuk-tuk shuttle to the BTS. Service: The front desk staff are great and speak Chinese. Cleanliness: Always spotless, I've stayed here many times. Environment: There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and I recommend the boat noodles!

Better than expected! 👍 The lounge breakfast was delicious, and the guava juice was particularly good. The weather was great, and the pool also looked very picturesque, although it was a bit small.
Excellent. The location, breakfast, and executive lounge were all great. The staff were warm and efficient.
The hotel's decor is understated luxury, with a simple yet grand interior. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower with a separate wet and dry area. The air conditioning makes a slight noise, but it's acceptable as white noise. Overall, the room is very quiet, and since it's not facing the street, you can barely hear any outside sounds. The location is excellent...
It's still really good, consistently high quality; still really good, consistently high quality; still really good, consistently high quality.
I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very quiet, no noise issues as some had mentioned online. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and had a subdued luxury feel. The service was excellent, with staff across all departments being very attentive. The room was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and would stay here again on my next visit. It's great, and having a 7-Eleven nearby makes it super convenient for buying things.
We changed rooms 3 times because they didn’t know which rooms were King suite and we ended up waiting at the lobby. And when finally everything was sorted we only got a thank you.
I really like the room, finally i found the room i want in this hotel around thailand for this price. Totally its all worth that u pay in here.
The hotel was good but really far from the centre and at least 16 to 20 minutes away from any major train or metro stop. Nice swimming pool and the gym was small but decent.
The hotel is so clean and modern. The hotel room have a lot of facilities such as hot water, Refrigerator, television , and air condition. The hotel located between Rama 9 and Ratchada road where is center of Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi airport is not for from here , it just only 20 minutes from there. It was just okay. I told the front desk I didn't want a room at the end of the corridor, but they still gave me one in a corner of one of the buildings, with a view as shown in the picture. The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's location is perfect. You can see the ocean, and it's convenient for getting anywhere. It's great for families with kids, a large hotel, so it feels quite safe. The pool views are breathtaking, and it's excellent value for money.

The hotel towels were a bit stiff and not very soft; for a hotel of this caliber, I'd expect better towel comfort. The sea view is unbeatable, though – that's why I always stay here! The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It's conveniently located near Terminal 21 shopping mall and Benchakitti Park, which is great for morning runs as many people exercise there.
The room was cleaned on the second day, and the hygiene improved. The environment was just so-so, and the room facilities felt outdated and not 'smart' – very old school. Great choice overall (provided you are aware that location is far from ideal); Only few options to get to anywhere around the city are: taxi/car hailing (most optimal); local public transport (buses): good luck with that and or private car. Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs. The lobby and exterior are stunning. The pool is quite large. The staff is polite. I can recommend this hotel.
I've stayed here several times in a row now. The hotel breakfast is incredibly extensive, and it's centrally located in Ratchada, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants. They offer Chinese-speaking service, which makes it especially suitable for Chinese guests. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel lobby is grand and impressive! 👏👏👏
First of all, the hotel in general, despite being an “older” hotel, is well furnished and clean. The room is also very nice and spacious with great view from the room. Overall, nothing to complain about, would re-book this hotel for next trip!
Location is near mrt but slightly out of city center. It's some distance to Big C and Jodd Fairs. There are 2 7-11s nearby, but the one below the hotel closes at 10pm. We faced issues at check-in as there were some problems with the agent/supplier. The hotel staff was really nice but did not appear very well-informed to handle such a situation ie asking if we booked with the hotel when we have the...
The location is ok but nearby not much things to do. Nearest mall is around 15 min by foot and seem localised with super markets, home pro etc. Good for business people but not good for leisure traveler. Huai Kwang mrt exit 2 is a 3-5 min walk. However if raining, good game. Regarding the room, if possible, do a flush first to check if your toilet has choke. My toilet choke on my last night and...
We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. It did not meet those standards, I'm...

The hotel is quite unique. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room itself was very clean and spacious. Do note that beverages in the room are chargeable. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a light rail station right downstairs, making transportation incredibly easy.
The rooms at W Bangkok felt smaller compared to those in China, but it offers great value for money. The room was still very clean and comfortable, especially the bed – it's the comfiest I've ever slept in, even more so than the W hotels in China.
Was nice enough for a staycation and the atmosphere is good for sure. Room was nice tho there are better hotels to stay at in Bangkok for a similar price range
Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms. They’d also very kindly organised a special amenity for our special occasion. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, also very convenient location with great public transport nearby.
Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium...
The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great view and a good location.

This hotel is practically connected to Terminal 21, the famous shopping mall in Pattaya. You can walk out of the hotel and be at the mall's Gate 1 in about 30 seconds, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the popular Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Road, just a 5-minute walk away. That's also where you hit the Pattaya beach. The sand quality there isn't great, so if you're looking for good...
It was absolutely beautiful! We arrived at 10 AM, and luckily a room was available, so they let us check in early. Building F has a pool and a water park, which kept the kids so entertained they didn't even want to go to lunch.
The kids absolutely loved this hotel! They had a blast at the water park, and there were plenty of activities they enjoyed at the kid's club. Plus, the starry ceiling in the room was a big hit. These were the main reasons our three children didn't want to leave. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 21, so all your dining and shopping needs are covered. It's a great choice for families who aren't...
The breakfast was excellent, and the pool facilities were great, especially for children. Highly recommended; I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
The hotel's location is super central, with direct access to Terminal 21 next door. Going to shows and the night market are both within a 15-minute walk. The mini-bar in the room offers complimentary drinks and snacks. Overall, it perfectly met my needs for comfort and convenience. It's not a luxury resort type of hotel, but the location and service attitude are excellent.
The room comes with a smart toilet, which is a nice touch. The hotel lobby on the first floor has direct access to Terminal 21, so you can go shopping without even stepping outside. It's also very close to the Dolphin Roundabout, and Tiffany's Show is right across the street.
