Pretty good. My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive.

Good hotel for a couple of nights. It’s a smaller hotel but all the amenities are fine. Gym is a little small but functional. Close to the beach and had a free shuttle bus service.

Far away from 5 stars resort, solid 3 stars hotel. Very old, outdated. Old small room instead of kids club, most of the activities of the kids are with an extra fee. No private beach, no sunbeds on the beach. All the sunbeds next to the pool are taken since early morning, no enough space for these much people.

The hotel has its own beach, though all the hotels here share a connected beach area. After observing, I found that Pullman's section was the best maintained. If you're willing to walk along the beach, you can find cheap massage services, if you don't mind the surroundings.

Guys, seriously, book this place without hesitation, don't even bother looking at others. It's affordable and the location is great. We stayed two nights and wanted to extend, but the price went up. We ended up booking another two nights for 503 yuan elsewhere, which was absolutely terrible. This hotel, though, is really good. The hotel is absolutely class, most of the staff are very friendly, however during the late night time, there are communication issues, some staff are not familiar with the regulations and information, and English communication is lower than expected. The bungalow we booked was more like an interior courtyard, not the resort setting I had expected. I love my stay at this hotel, I celebrated my birthday and they decorated the bed nicely. The room was clean and well maintained. I tried the floating lunch time tea and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! Every things tasted so good ! There is a shuttle to take you from the lobby to the room also very helpful.

Old hotel with no bad odor, have a scent of vintage. Room very dark, quite, comfy bed. Best for sleep. Hotel Chinese restaurant 10/10. Breakfast quite avearage taste but have a lot of line options. A problem with shower, too hot, too cold no middle. On-off temperature. Bathtub not quite sure of how clean it is. Many tasty food around location.

For Bangkok, this hotel is decent. The only issue was a light I couldn't turn off; I spent almost an entire evening trying to find the switch, but to no avail.

The hotel's location is quite good, and the service and environment are decent. However, the facilities are a bit outdated.

After about 3-4 days, the breakfast options keep rotating. So after a few days got bored of the same style and options everyday. But still had a decent amount of options to choose from

Hotel was clean but staff could’ve been more helpful. Are surrounding was quiet, had a few restaurants and a KFC nearby and a mall was within a fifteen minute walk which was really nice. Cleaner managed to break my charger somehow and when I complained nothing got done about it - after manager said he’d deal with it next again day once spoken to maid Pool area was kept nice and clean

Great choice overall (provided you are aware that location is far from ideal); Only few options to get to anywhere around the city are: taxi/car hailing (most optimal); local public transport (buses): good luck with that and or private car. In my opinion this hotel location wasnt convenient for the places I wanted to go. But its close to the airport. Breakfast menu needs a wider variety it was catered to Chinese visitors.

The room was nice and quite clean, and the hotel pool was great too.

Everything was although fine.But the location is not good enough bcoz i have pay taxi bills every time I get out to buy foods or shopping.But at this price its fine.
