Guys, seriously, book this place without hesitation, don't even bother looking at others. It's affordable and the location is great. We stayed two nights and wanted to extend, but the price went up. We ended up booking another two nights for 503 yuan elsewhere, which was absolutely terrible. This hotel, though, is really good. The lobby is grand, and I don't mind that the facilities are a bit old.

Not a fully clean I found some blonde hair when I was arrive and I report to the lady cleaner. The location was great for a convenient to travel 7-Eleven nearby.Not too bad I would like to recommend.

At 260 a night, including breakfast for two, with a gym and pool on the 5th floor and breakfast served on the first—what more could you ask for? The room has large windows, letting in plenty of natural light. All the basic facilities are perfectly acceptable.

The hotel is absolutely class, most of the staff are very friendly, however during the late night time, there are communication issues, some staff are not familiar with the regulations and information, and English communication is lower than expected. The bungalow we booked was more like an interior courtyard, not the resort setting I had expected. The aircon was extremely noisy so they switched us to another room in their sister hotel (Peach Blossom) that was supposedly more expensive. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very quiet, no noise issues as some had mentioned online. We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. The hotel is quite unique. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room itself was very clean and spacious. Do note that beverages in the room are chargeable. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a light rail station right downstairs, making transportation incredibly easy.

The rooms at W Bangkok felt smaller compared to those in China, but it offers great value for money. The room was still very clean and comfortable, especially the bed – it's the comfiest I've ever slept in, even more so than the W hotels in China.

Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms. They’d also very kindly organised a special amenity for our special occasion. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, also very convenient location with great public transport nearby.

It was absolutely beautiful! We arrived at 10 AM, and luckily a room was available, so they let us check in early. Building F has a pool and a water park, which kept the kids so entertained they didn't even want to go to lunch.

The kids absolutely loved this hotel! They had a blast at the water park, and there were plenty of activities they enjoyed at the kid's club. Plus, the starry ceiling in the room was a big hit. The hotel's location is super central, with direct access to Terminal 21 next door. Going to shows and the night market are both within a 15-minute walk. The mini-bar in the room offers complimentary drinks and snacks. Overall, it perfectly met my needs for comfort and convenience. It's not a luxury resort type of hotel, but the location and service attitude are excellent.
