There was a very enthusiastic lady at the entrance who gave us excellent recommendations for our trip to Pattaya. She even helped us arrange transportation for the next day, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel also has direct access to the BTS Skytrain station from the third floor, which is incredibly convenient.

Repeat stay as this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in the city on business. It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport.

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort. I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The hotel was really nice and great for kids. Food options were very minimal and the food quality and taste was very poor. Unfortunately there are hardly any options close by outside and no-one delivers since it is too far. Great service and very helpful staff. The drainage system needs some work as rainshower volume will flood the entire bathroom. The cleaning couldve been meticulous as some hidden spots like side of the bed or near the shades were poorly cleaned. Breakfast was very good but could get really cramped and crowded.
