Extremely satisfied with our Chinese New Year family trip! Our whole family loves relaxing at hotels, so the slightly remote location was definitely worth it for the low crowds, especially compared to the usual throng on Phuket island itself. There were very few Chinese tourists, mostly Europeans, Russians, and some Indians who were all quite well-behaved, unlike the noisy ones you sometimes encounter...

The rooms were like a maze. The price was way too expensive during Chinese New Year – over 2,000-3,000 baht for a hotel that usually costs a few hundred. The hotel's BBQ dinner buffet wasn't good either, and there's nothing around the area. It was impossible to get a taxi to the airport; we had to ask the hotel to call one for us. It's really far, costing 2,000 baht to get near the airport.

Typical resort with adequate facilities, room is modern but resort itself is a bjt aged.

Nice location, but beach have lots of shells at shore. Hotel looks nice, but needs some maintenance though F&B mediocre apart of breakfast. Very tentative guest service team.

The room was spacious, but the hotel felt a bit old. The parking lot was quite dark and could use more lighting to make it brighter.

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine. Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht.

the hotel was great but since it is located on the hill, it was VERY hard to get a grab/taxi. initially we planned to rent a motorcycle but the road from the hotel to patong area is kinda dangerous, we decided to just use grab. we received complimentary room upgrade from the hotel which is so nice. staffs are overall very attentive but not really friendly.

We loved everything about this place. So original in its atmosphere from what we see in North America. We had a 2 bdrm unit. It was over 1000 sq feet with a balcony and dinner table. Gardens were spectacular. Pools were amazing. Luxury all around.

The rooms were comfortable, and my kids absolutely loved the pool – they didn't want to leave after three days! The best part, though, was the kids' club. As a solo parent traveling with children, it was a lifesaver, allowing me to go shopping and relax. It was truly ideal. The kids even said they want to stay here again next time we're in Chiang Mai.

I would give this hotel 3 stars. We stayed in executive room for one night. The building is quite old and doesn’t really match the price we paid. The location is okay, but for this price range there are many more convenient options nearby and in downtown. Other than the fact that they are still using room keys and thus limit you to one key per room and not using the key card technology, the hotel is pretty good and the location is excellent. The rooms are pretty big and so are the washrooms.

The room is big and clean. The location is quite far from the attraction and the shop. But there are many restaurants in the hotel area. If you’re a Muslim travelling here, you can grab halal food from the small shop in front of the hotel entrance; it's open from 9am-5pm. Very large room and very clean. The service is so great value and breakfast have many options with many varieties for meat lovers or vegetarians. The hotel also has a huge park with many animals for entertaining the kids so they don't get bored. Aver all, great value to stay here.

Every time I visit Pattaya, I make sure to book this hotel. The ambiance is so comfortable, and the pool is incredibly photogenic. This time, I booked a direct pool access room, which was incredibly pleasant – I could go straight from my room's balcony into the pool!

We stayed in a high-floor room with a sea view, which was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the pool downstairs was usable, but the water was a bit cold due to the weather, so we didn't go in!

Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby. For example, a bottle of beer is 500% more expensive. If you stay here and want to book day trips, better use online apps. Hotel’s tour desk and booking agents in general in Thailand charge up to 200% more.

We had a good time staying here. The jacuzzi pool was great, the room is quiet and comfortable. Our room has a beautiful beach and ocean view which is amazing. All the staffs are helpful & attentive. In room dining prices are not overpriced. One small comment would be the room slipper is too thin and slippery, so we didn’t use it. We will definitely come back to stay here again.
