The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. Breakfast is good and just one thing they deposit 2000 Bhatt at check in. And give us back when we check out if everything is good at room. Indian breakfast options are also there.. not great but ok ok.

The room condition was really excellent! It would be even better if the breakfast offered more variety. Its proximity to the Erawan Shrine, major shopping malls, and supermarkets makes it super convenient for shopping and dining. Getting to Suvarnabhumi Airport takes about 40 minutes, so the transportation is also fine.

Our whole family loves relaxing at hotels, so the slightly remote location was definitely worth it for the low crowds, especially compared to the usual throng on Phuket island itself. There were very few Chinese tourists, mostly Europeans, Russians, and some Indians who were all quite well-behaved, unlike the noisy ones you sometimes encounter...

The rooms were like a maze. The price was way too expensive during Chinese New Year – over 2,000-3,000 baht for a hotel that usually costs a few hundred. The hotel's BBQ dinner buffet wasn't good either, and there's nothing around the area. It was impossible to get a taxi to the airport; we had to ask the hotel to call one for us. It's really far, costing 2,000 baht to get near the airport.

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine. Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht.

The house keeping is poor, cotton bud was found in the balcony when we check in. Pest control is also poor, as the room is filled with flies and mosquitoes. Gym is clear and staff are in general helpful. The breakfast buffet is quick tasty.
