Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! Also super close to the BTS so perfect to explore the city from here. Many restaurants around the area and close to the 2 very big shopping malls.

Amazing stay with a perfect location at Skyview Bangkok. Just a few steps (next to) EMDISTRICT huge shopping malls await. I treated myself to one night here whilst travelling and I was super disappointed after all the money spent on it! I booked a Luxury Skyroom, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was downgraded to a Luxury Room without any explanation. The 14th floor, being a lower level, was incredibly noisy. The roar of motorcycles made it impossible to sleep, and the windows offered virtually no sound insulation.

The basement sheltered car park to the lobby is only by stairs. The breakfast place is also only by stairs, or you can walk down the slope and enter from outside. An absolutely perfect experience! Exceeded expectations! The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, next to ICONSIAM, and has its own shuttle boat to nearby piers. Although the decor is a bit older, everything is well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is incredibly attentive; they tidied the room and refilled ice and fruit regularly. Overall, the experience was fantastic—a great value-for-money option...

The Chinese restaurant, ferry, and connecting rooms are all very family-friendly, especially for elderly guests and children. The breakfast, however, was quite poor with limited options.

Stay was perfect! At check in staff were very friendly efficient. Upon entering the room was surprised with a birthday gift and set up. Location is perfect being close to Chit Lom station and walking distance to major shopping malls. There is a 7-11 downstairs and the hotel connects to Intercontinental for more dining options. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Would not think twice staying here again...

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's directly opposite Erawan Shrine and right next to the BTS station. Big C is next door, and CentralWorld is across the street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Breakfast was standard, and the room felt a bit dated, but the service was really good. They even have smoking rooms. There's a 7-Eleven right outside to the right.

The environment and location are very convenient. However, the room cleaning needs improvement. Although the facilities are a bit old, the attention to detail in cleaning should be enhanced. The limescale on the sink faucet should be removed; citric acid would do the trick.

The hotel service was excellent; every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly. We were traveling with a child, and they even provided a free extra bed. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the BTS Chit Lom station. It's great for shopping, with LV across the street and the Erawan Shrine very close by. Siam Paragon and Central World are also within walking distance.

The hotel isn't new, but it's very clean, and my room on the 3rd floor had a window. It was super quiet, which was perfect for a light sleeper like me. All the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful; they patiently assisted me in changing my room type after I accidentally booked the wrong one. Being right next to Chilom Station made getting around incredibly convenient. I'll definitely...

The concert ended very late, so I booked this hotel. It's right next to Impact Arena.

Wonderful as always! Stay on the most crowded day. So many event around ‘til parking lot were fulled, however I’m lucky to got one for myself. If you stay at NOVOTEL you can get ticket to waiver parking fee once check-out. Spend the night in comfy bed with quality movie. :)

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani. The location is convenient for walking to event halls. Breakfasthas variety of selection. The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all.

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .
