It was a pretty good stay. The food was okay. The location is awesome because it's right next to the shopping mall and BTS, so it's super easy to get around.

The room was just right for two people. It's in Bangkok and very clean. The location is convenient, with direct access to the MRT station. There's an authentic night market downstairs. It's about 7-8 MRT stops from Siam, and getting a taxi to the airport is quite easy if there's no traffic.

I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. The location isn't particularly great either. If the price is high, I wouldn't really recommend it. The bathtub is old and unusable, and the dampness is quite noticeable.

I booked a Luxury Skyroom, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was downgraded to a Luxury Room without any explanation. The 14th floor, being a lower level, was incredibly noisy. The roar of motorcycles made it impossible to sleep, and the windows offered virtually no sound insulation.

The basement sheltered car park to the lobby is only by stairs. The breakfast place is also only by stairs, or you can walk down the slope and enter from outside. It seems like the housekeeping service is going down.. we can even find cockroaches running around in the room all day in the room on the floor , on the bed & even on the headboard of the bed 🤨🤨.. a bit upset and disappointing. Everyday have to keep asking for toothbrush and shaver even when room was make up everyday...

I stayed at Royal Benja during my trip to Bangkok. The biggest advantage is the location — close to Nana BTS with plenty of cafes and shops around. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel definitely feels dated and the furniture and bathroom could use an update. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Overall, a good value choice if you want to stay central and don’t expect luxury

To be consistently improving is almost unheard of in the hotel industry, Royal Benja 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 gets better everytime I visit it. The legendary staff I know personally over the years are all still there, which is an excellent sign of a great Hotel Also the view can't be matched

Excellent hotel, great location, and beautiful interiors. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which led to a strong smell of paint and some noise. The lobby was also being renovated, so we had to use a side entrance.

The hotel is very central, convenient for travel to anywhere in Bangkok as it is about 150m from a BTS station. After the renovation it is quite new in the room. Food is excellent.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the carpet was dirty. The lobby area was also poorly maintained and did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. Additionally, it was impossible to sleep until around 11:30 PM due to loud live music every night in the open restaurant area on the first floor. The rooms are elegantly decorated. The service was excellent, especially the hotel's garden restaurant, which was truly unique. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many incredibly fresh tropical fruits. Definitely worth recommending.
