For this price, it's a great deal. The room size is just right – what more could you ask for? It definitely has that authentic Thai countryside vibe, plus they offer massages. Great service and very helpful staff. The drainage system needs some work as rainshower volume will flood the entire bathroom. Ibis is far from any shops or restaurants but the beach nearby is better than the beach in town which you can't really swim in because of all the rocks. It's a winner if you are coming for a swim at the beach although tbh the beaches in Hua Hin aren't great. Better than Pattaya. lol. As for the rooms they are good. Rules a bit strict regarding the balcony considering the current laws in Thailand.

Great location! We could walk to the Songkran festival, and it's close to the Somboon Curry Crab restaurant. There's even a shuttle to the subway! Just be aware there are a lot of O-san (Japanese men/tourists), but it's totally fine to stay here. The pool is super photogenic!

Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . The toaster is terrible it’s basically warm bread no colour not even toasted . I must say the staff are all pleasant and do a good job especially Jay in pool bar .
