Nice hotel and nice service in Old Town Phuket area

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We barely saw any other Chinese guests during our stay; it seems to be a popular choice among foreigners.

The location is convenient, right next to Beach Road. The room was clean, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the newly renovated rooms will probably be even better! The staff were polite and helpful. It was very quiet at night, so I slept really well :)

Good, unfortunately a bit old interior (from 2005 I think). Breakfast was also good. The most best part was, the hotel guest where mostly families. So you didn’t see ************ or drunk hopeless tourists.

I love this hotel so much and have stayed here many times now and will continue to stay here. I think it is worth paying extra for the club lounge as the e food and drinks are very good. The rooftop bar is one of the best in Bangkok I believe and you get priority when staying at the hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the bar street and just two metro stops away. There's also a mall nearby with many Japanese stores. The service is great, and the breakfast is very good. It's suitable for both family trips and business travel.

Booked a twin room for a family of three. The beds in this standard room are indeed quite large, but the facilities are old. The carpet looked dirty, and the toilet wasn't wiped clean. The non-smoking room also had a bit of an odor. Breakfast was decent, but due to the outdated facilities, I won't be returning.
