The hotel is great, very clean, and the staff are enthusiastic. Shopping centers are all around, within walking distance. The only downside is that it's hard to get a taxi, and takes a while, because there's road construction nearby.

A standard family-friendly hotel. Even though the Christmas prices were outrageous, it mostly met this mom's need to relax while traveling with kids. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and the kids were never bored, playing until they instantly fell asleep every night.

The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further. Far away from 5 stars resort, solid 3 stars hotel. Very old, outdated. Old small room instead of kids club, most of the activities of the kids are with an extra fee. No private beach, no sunbeds on the beach. All the sunbeds next to the pool are taken since early morning, no enough space for these much people.

The hotel has its own beach, though all the hotels here share a connected beach area. After observing, I found that Pullman's section was the best maintained. If you're willing to walk along the beach, you can find cheap massage services, if you don't mind the surroundings.
