My stay with crystal palace was rather disappointing. The hotel is clean and has good amenities, yet some of their receptionists can't communicate in English very well.

The room is spacious and comes with several pillows. There is a large 55-inch smart TV. The water pressure is strong and the air conditioner is cold. The food selection is varied considering the price.

I originally booked four nights at this hotel but only stayed for two before moving to another one. The room was clean, and the environment was decent, but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. The water pressure was unstable when showering at night. And just look at the pipe next to the toilet – I was genuinely worried it might burst at any moment.

Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!

Great value for money, but don't expect much from the food. There are a lot of Chinese tour groups, so every morning you'll see buses checking out, and every evening buses arriving. Pattaya itself isn't that big, so it's still decent overall! If you want good food, you'll have to spend your own money and go near Terminal 21!

Charming and old-fashioned, but the facilities are a bit dated. When we checked in, there was a strong smell of fresh paint from renovations, which made us dizzy. However, they did help us switch rooms in the end, which was good. If you like a vintage style, you'll enjoy staying here. There are many rooms available, and the price is moderate.

Beautiful resort, fantastic service, and plenty of options for restaurants. The breakfast is also a worthy add on. The staff are welcoming and attentive. They allow use of facilities if your flight is a bit later in the day which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend staying here, you can easily enjoy your stay by not leaving the resort and when you do, they have boat shuttle service to sathorn...

I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. The location isn't particularly great either. If the price is high, I wouldn't really recommend it. The bathtub is old and unusable, and the dampness is quite noticeable.
