Newly renovated, clean rooms and bathrooms, good air conditioning, and plenty of parking.

Arrived late on the first night, and the shared dorm was a bit chaotic with only Indians around. Perhaps due to the time, the toilets, shower rooms, and sinks were quite messy. However, the next morning, the staff cleaned them thoroughly, so it wasn't an issue. What surprised me most was the excellent location and the fact that you could use the pool for this price!

after five nights stay, just now checking out. in every respect this hotel is best as per location, dinning, rooms and other facilities. cleaning and room maintenance staff lady somehow was very badly behaving inspite of giving her tips. The location of hotel is good. Pattaya beach is walkable distance (1.8km). Market is nearby. Hotel rooms are okay, staff is way too rude. Most of the Staff doesn't understand english except reception staff. They are rated 4 star rated hotel but in reality it's just 2-3 star category.

Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs. The lobby and exterior are stunning. The pool is quite large. The staff is polite. I can recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here several times in a row now. The hotel breakfast is incredibly extensive, and it's centrally located in Ratchada, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants. They offer Chinese-speaking service, which makes it especially suitable for Chinese guests. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel lobby is grand and impressive! 👏👏👏

The hotel is quite unique. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room itself was very clean and spacious. Do note that beverages in the room are chargeable. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a light rail station right downstairs, making transportation incredibly easy.

The hotel's location is super central, with direct access to Terminal 21 next door. Going to shows and the night market are both within a 15-minute walk. My stay with crystal palace was rather disappointing. I originally booked four nights at this hotel but only stayed for two before moving to another one. The room was clean, and the environment was decent, but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. The water pressure was unstable when showering at night. And just look at the pipe next to the toilet – I was genuinely worried it might burst at any moment.

Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!

Great value for money, but don't expect much from the food. There are a lot of Chinese tour groups, so every morning you'll see buses checking out, and every evening buses arriving. Pattaya itself isn't that big, so it's still decent overall! If you want good food, you'll have to spend your own money and go near Terminal 21!

The snacks in the room weren't clearly labeled, so my colleague thought they all had to be paid for! 😝😝😝

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the breakfast is plentiful. Among the hotels in this area, the value for money is quite good. However, the room we were given faced the road, and even on a high floor, the soundproofing at night wasn't great, so it was a bit noisy.

Good location, close to shopping, staff service is good, but the small thing in the room should be fixed. One of the cabinet doors can't be opened, I think it's broken, it's closed with a screw. I advise.

Centrally located, making shopping and getting around very convenient. Although the hotel room is in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night, and the bed is very comfortable. The service is excellent too. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Five-star rating!

The facilities are a bit old, but it's a well-established hotel known for its excellent service and quick response times, plus it's conveniently located. On our first day, while waiting for a taxi to go out, the concierge staff kindly gave my child a small teddy bear, which made my kid incredibly happy.

The hotel is a bit old, but everything else is great. The location is truly central, surrounded by shopping malls, and the service is excellent. The Erawan Shrine is right outside. Staying here gives you a real city vibe.
