Patong Paragon Resort & Spa in Patong

My wife and I had a 3-day stay at this resort, and it was absolutely worth the money. The location is perfect, with a 7-Eleven just opposite the hotel, easy access to the beach, and all major attractions nearby.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly without any hassle. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room service was excellent. Their hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was not working very well and could use proper maintenance. However, aside from that, we had a very good experience overall.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is excellent—just cross the street and you’re right on the beach. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety, including several egg options made to order. The entire property is very clean, and the swimming pool is lovely and peaceful.

My room was spacious with a balcony overlooking either the sea or the pool. If you choose the sea-view room, there can be some noise from the cars outside, but once you close the balcony door, the room is well-isolated and quiet. I also appreciated the in-room massage service, reasonably priced at 500 THB per hour. The tour desk in the lobby was very helpful and offered excellent discounts; I booked two trips through them and had a great experience.

A small note: there were a few tiny ants in the room, but nothing bothersome. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Having breakfast by the pool added a fresh and pleasant start to the mornings.

My second and my husband first stay — I’m delighted to say it’s just as impressive as the last, if not better. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their excellent service truly sets the tone for the entire stay.
The hotel offers full five-star facilities at an unbelievably affordable price. The well-equipped gym, spacious internet/library room, swimming pool, and spa create a resort-like experience. Our room was unusually spacious, exceptionally clean, and furnished with high-quality pieces. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the hot water flow was consistently strong—small details that make a big difference.
Breakfast was another highlight. The all-you-can-eat spread was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. It’s a wonderful way to start the day.
The location is also a major advantage, situated just across from Patong Beach. Although the hotel is near a small but busy intersection, they thoughtfully provide staff to assist guests in crossing the road—something we really appreciated.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations once again. With fantastic staff, top-notch facilities, and exceptional value for money, it remains one of the best places to stay in Patong. Highly recommended.

An extremely decent place exactly opposite the Patong beach. It's not a very big resort but very decent enough and the idea of surrounding the rooms around a big swimming pool was superb. The ground floor deluxe rooms have a pool access and once you open the door, it takes you directly to the pool. There are suites also but not on the ground floor I guess. The rooms are really good and very clean too. The pool access rooms are a superb idea and we enjoyed it. There is a 7/11 exactly opposite the resort so it was very convenient if we needed anything. But the staff is just okay, not friendly, don't even say hello if we pass them and even when we say hello. They charge everything in the room if you take it except toiletries.
