This is one of the best hotel experiences. We stayed here for three nights. The employees were super kind and informative and we couldn’t have asked for any better customer service. Our room was very clean and they also cleaned it every morning. Every thing one could need such as towels, toilet paper, hygiene supplies etc. was offered and the mini bar had sodas, water, energy drinks and snacks too. For a price though but it was still pretty cheap. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of stuff to eat. The café that was open 24/7 was great. The menu is very cheap and the foods and drinks there were better than expected and great service even when I was there in the middle of the night. Overall i think it is a great hotel. It wasn’t very expensive and so worth the money, maybe even more. I definitely recommend staying here.

Noisy room, smell of cigarettes, poor quality, bathroom felt not so clean and damaged, stuff friendly at the beginning when it comes to some more work with card payment and complication stuff starts being rude, food was okay but nothing special.

As someone who has been working in the tourism industry professionally for more than 15 years, I am giving this feedback. This hotel definitely provides a service beyond your expectations. Located in a non-touristy area of Izmir, in an area that we can call between the streets, this small business competes with the big five-star and luxury hotels in the city with its room cleaning, order and staff professionalism. From the person who takes your reservation on the phone to the person who greets you at the door, everyone is extremely friendly and professional. We were very happy to see the Covid period standards still in the room. All towels and treats were carefully packed. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was not good, but when you buy a room for such a price, it would be your fault to expect a very good breakfast. But if you wish, there is a patisserie right across the hotel where you can find delicious bread products. Although it is a hotel on the street, the sound insulation is very well done, we almost never felt the street noise from the room. It's not how big your business is, it's how well you do it. Endless thanks to all the management and especially the working staff. I will not be able to continue without conveying my thanks especially to Mr. Hüseyin who took our reservation over the phone. I need a hotel near the Buca district. When I was searching, I came across your hotel. It was a stroke of luck!!! Very clean room, the whole hotel is very clean because the owner takes care of it personally. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Everything is just right here!

I can't recommend the hotel at all.
Booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room. English of the staff is extremely bad. Rooms look like from a hostel. Only good thing was that the room was clean.
