Atlas OTELİ in Izmir

I'm currently staying here alone for four nights. It's a great hotel, very clean and modern. The reception team is friendly. Much better than most British hotel chains, unless you're on a budget. Thank you, Atlas Hotels.

Atlas Oteli is very central, clean, and has a truly pleasant atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Umut and the other colleagues at the reception, who made our stay especially pleasant. The hotel staff is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. I definitely recommend it!

I was in this hotel 2 weeks ago.. the people there are fantastic.. the staff were amazing.. from the reception to the cleaners. Although the room was noisy because it is so central you can hear every movement.. but the warm welcome I received made it all worth it.. I would like to thank the cleaning lady, I never asked her name because due to the language barrier we couldn't communicate much.. but with her language she tried to communicate with me and was very nice and caring..

This hotel is amazing, all the staff are amazing and friendly nothing is too much. The hotel it's self is full of history through to the highly decorated lobby to the art work throughout the floors. The bedrooms are spacious and have an amazing view. The breakfast is amazing too. It is situated close to the harbour and market and local supermarkets everything could need....I honestly do not have a bad word to say about this hotel, we will return again and again. Thank you to all for a great stay.

I have to say that I have been at this hotel for 6 days now. I was apprehensive about coming to turkey on my own. But I very member of staff from the cleaners to front of house. And the young man yusuf have been exceptional. Thank you so much guys 👌

Fantastic service from all staff at the Atlas. A beautiful clean hotel, with the most caring and friendliest staff. Particularly our lovely maid Gonul. Who has brought me roses the last two mornings which have brightened my day. The barman Yusuf was also very friendly. Although the cost of 2 martinis in the bar with only 1 lemonade between was £27 in GBP which I thought was about extreme. Overall a good experience

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while recovering from surgery in İzmir before flying back to Ireland, and I couldn’t have asked for a more comforting and supportive environment. The room was clean, quiet, and ideal for rest, but what truly stood out was the incredible care I received from the housekeeper, Gönül.

Gönül was genuinely kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my entire stay. Even though I was traveling alone and recovering, she made sure I felt cared for every day — always checking in with a smile, offering help when I needed it, and going out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Her warmth and compassion made all the difference.

I’m so grateful for her support and for the peaceful atmosphere the hotel provided during such a personal time. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting İzmir — especially if you’re in need of a calm and considerate environment.

It is enjoyable to have a historical texture, all the employees are smiling and very interested. The rooms are of average standards, the bathrooms can be modernized a little more, you can stay with peace of mind in terms of cleanliness. However, it is definitely a hotel above price performance. The fact that the kitchen is closed due to the holiday is a handicap, apart from that everything is ***et enjoyable

Wonderful stay in a lovely family run hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff - they are all exceptionally attentive and happy to help. Restaurant food is great and pricing for food and drinks is very good. Would like to mention all staff by name but haven’t managed to get them all!! Mert has been our waiter in the bar tonight and has been excellent! I would highly recommend this little gem of a hotel. Pretty central with only a short walk to the harbour and an abundance of shops. We have loved it - thanks.

Nice hotel, but the room and the bed were a little small if you're used to a queen or king-sized bed. Some rooms have carpets which is not ideal, but we asked and were moved to a another room with a tiled floor. Very central location, but the slight downside is that it's right on a busy junction and it can get noisy during the day if your window is open. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaners leave 2 bottles of water every day, which is a nice touch.
