Good choice for İzmir Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. Ease of visit: We stayed two nights and it was very convenient from the metro to and for the airport and Selçuk (Ephesus)

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. There was no view from the window, but as they explained, this is a standard room. Next time we will pay for a room with a good view. We left tea and coffee in the room every day

This was the fifth hotel of our stay in Türkiye and by far the best. Our room was spacious, very comfortable (great bed and large sofa) and exceptionally clean

We had a good sized balcony, with table and chairs - it felt as if the balcony had been cleaned just before we walked into the room

Very decent size rooms. Bit dated but overall good. Nice antique furnished reception and restaurant. Overall very good.

Hotel is very good, staff lovely, food lovely, 30 minutes from the airport.

I love the stay at this hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and the Server/Host Elif at the rooftop restaurant is the kindest person I've met! Always nice to meet good people.

I assume the room was not used for some time and therefore not properly ventilated. The staff was generally friendly  and helpful. The served food in the restaurant was excellent,  i had a baked seabass

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling

Location is awesome, rooms are old and requires maintenance. Breakfast is very average or even poor

This hotel is amazing, all the staff are amazing and friendly nothing is too much. The hotel it's self is full of history through to the highly decorated lobby to the art work throughout the floors

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while recovering from surgery in İzmir before flying back to Ireland, and I couldn’t have asked for a more comforting and supportive environment

The room was clean, quiet, and ideal for rest, but what truly stood out was the incredible care I received from the housekeeper, Gönül. Gönül was genuinely kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my entire stay

Booked a family room, the room is large, modernly decorated, breakfast is rich, except a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it

The only episode was that the room suddenly lost power on the first night of stay, and the room change process was a bit cumbersome, but the front desk responded quickly and upgraded the room type as compensation

We loved everything about the hotel. Jensen, Cord,kibris sehitleri , Culture, Izmir Clock Tower, Kemeralti Agora, within walking distance to historical and tourist places such as Kızlarağası Han

The hotel was very clean, and the receptionists were very welcoming. It's close to the beach, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby

This is a good place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. There is a very efficient shuttle to departures and it was within walking distance of the car hire returns.

Excellent stay! I had a very pleasant experience at Orti Airport Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized

The room had no light over the bed so it was quite dark overall. Overall a good place if you need to rest near the airport. It is at 12 minute walk from the airport

The location is very good. Employee were very friendly. Room was old and was different from shown in Photos. All in it was a comfortable stay, because we were all day out.

Good location for the airport, and if you wish to travel into Izmir its only a short walk into the airport train station and half an hour on the train to Alsancak. Rooms are a good standard and clean

Everything was perfect. I stayed for one night and had breakfast early in the morning. The food was delicious, everything was clean, and the whole process was quick and smooth. I can definitely recommend this place.

The room is clean. The breakfast taste good. It near the railway station and easy to airport and Efes city

The staff were helpful and courteous. My only criticism is with the trip to Ephesus organised at the hotel. Due to a lack of communication we waited 1. Nobody told us there is a second exit from the ruins

This could be avoided by the hotel having some written information for we English speaking guests. The driver was lovely but his English was as good as our Turkish, hence the mix up

The room is ok, the bed also good. The only issue was the shower leaking all over the bathroom. Location is perfect to go to Efesos (which was our goal) because it is 5min from train station

Lovely hotel with very modern room recently renovated I assume, breakfast excellent and always thoroughly enjoyed … Staff wise special the night reception guy was very helpful My only bit disappointment though was that in those hot days and nights the a/c in the room wasn’t working efficiently was more like a fan rather air conditioning

Location of the hotel is very good as well, because it's right on the central walking street and 100 meters away from the sea and the cycling path

Good amenities (everything can be done at the same place : pool, fitness, restaurant, coffee shop, hairdresser, market, ping-pong…) but the street is not the best

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds

That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good

it was still mostly pleasant the only problem was that on my first night, late at night i found hair on the bed which was obviously from the previous guests, i asked for the sheets to be changed the next day, when i came back to my room that afternoon the hair was still on the bed and i asked the front desk again, housekeeping came by afterwards and told me they couldn't change the sheets because the...

It was perfect place to stay for 1 night for us. It has all you need: parking, breakfast, small kitchen, clean towels, clean bathroom and clean room in general.

Good location and helpful team , they are polite and decent, the place smells good , not very luxurious but it is more than enough , they didn't put tooth brush in the pathroom but it is OK , I liked it

Location of the hotel is very good, however hotel is a little bit old bit despite of the rooms are clean and good. Just A/C is working a little bit noisy.

When we arrived the front desk guy wasn't helpful at all. The rest of the staff totally the opposite. At first I thought I picked the wrong hotel, but everyone else made up for it. Rooms are nice and comfortable

the bed was comfortable but only had a small sheet on top and I was cold at night. The shower head was leaking, but nothing major. Good place to stay and just 8min drive or 15min bus to airport!

This room smelled of smoke which was uncomfortable for us. The staff was good and arranged for a taxi for Ida’s in the middle of the night. There beds were Good and The elevator worked. Ok for a one night stay.

This hotel is perfect for shopping. It is a street away from the Bazar. And 15 minutes walk toward the water and the clock square. Metro station as well is in front of the hotel door

I booked this hotel through Priceline, without knowing anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location and the quality of the hotel. It was also excellent value for the money

What I didn't like also is that they give one key card room per room. We had food in the fridge, and we needed to keep a key plugged in the room. The second day, they understood and gave us another key card

My room contained a massive bed, a modern bathroom and everything else you would hope for. Breakfast was of the something-for-everyone variety so all good. Recommended moderately priced hotel

Nice hotel located in an excellent location aurrounder by restuarants coffee shops and bars in the heart of Alsancak right next to the sea front. Easy access to the tram and ferry or the promenade for walking.

Liked that is was relatively close to main sites in Izmir. Calm helpful staff much appreciated with their kindness and key knowledge of the area. Close to Basmane railway station also a good thing.

The hotel is located a 15-20 minute walk away from the seaside and city restaurants. The only drawback was the smell of cigarettes in the room, although I recognize this might be due to previous guests
