the bed was comfortable but only had a small sheet on top and I was cold at night. The shower head was leaking, but nothing major. Good place to stay and just 8min drive or 15min bus to airport!

We chose Hakcan Hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Though we had a rented car we would have enjoyed to use public transport to get places

I stayed in a single room, it's small like a container home. Around 10 minutes away from the airport, it has a parkin lot. Not expensive for the services they offer and it looks better then on the website.

We accidentally booked this hotel because I made a booking from another hotel which was freaking far from the Airport. I’m glad we stumbled upon here because this is a gem

Parking outside during the day will result in a ticket (don't ask me how I know). This wasn't clearly stated in the description, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen this hotel

Very accommodating doors are loud and traffic so as long as your a light sleeper you’ll be ok I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast it was terrible and they wouldn’t refund me for that for the duration of my stay but other than that clean decent for price

Very very central busy street could be a little dangerous at very late in the night. Car park is not near the hotel however hotel staff takes the car to Car park 10minutes walk away near vakif Bank.

The staffs are friendly & helpful. The most advantageous about the hotel is its location! Its right infront to Cankaya Subway and across the road is a lively bazaar market place

The hotel dosn't have a car park but staff will help you with the parking. Just park in front of the street a bit further and staff will park the car for you and come back with the keys

I won't even mention the cleanliness of the hotel. Disgrace or no such business employer policy. I'll do my best to get it sealed. Be sensitive, please think twice before you go, don't give money to people like this!

The price was obviously good , the reception was very helpful , i highly suggest it for people who want to do their visa at idata. It is 2 minutes walking distance. And there are tons of restaurants near it

Tarik! What happened when you slept on the nation's money, did you see it yourself? He pays the employee with 3-5 pieces like a beggar while he works, and after he leaves the job, he does not give his money inside and lies in the dirt

Liked that is was relatively close to main sites in Izmir. Calm helpful staff much appreciated with their kindness and key knowledge of the area. Close to Basmane railway station also a good thing.

Friendly staff Good location, 20 minute flat walk to nice busy shopping areas with restaurants and bars. Very friendly welcome by Görkan. The bed was very comfortable. We had some difficulty connecting to the WiFi.

The hotel is located a 15-20 minute walk away from the seaside and city restaurants. The only drawback was the smell of cigarettes in the room, although I recognize this might be due to previous guests

I have to give a bad review for the basement, it was dark and scary at night, and I waited for the elevator for 20 minutes, and there was only one elevator that went down to -2. I don't dare to post photos, it's scary

Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.   There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports. If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs. He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out

  The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.   You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins

The property is well located. The bathroom in general looked very shabby and lacked cleanliness. The bathroom towels were very old and worn. The hotel staff was friendly.

The hotel is located close to Alsancak-Kordon. It costs 50 TL by taxi. It is a very clean hotel room. In general, it is a good hotel in terms of price/performance.

It's close to the station, making it convenient for traveling by TCDD to places like Selçuk. The breakfast didn't seem to suit my taste, so I didn't have it. I was told the only drinks available were chai and Nescafe

Kemeraltı bazaar is about 500 meters away and free. Parking is great, but it is in a very noisy place. There was constant music coming from the business below. The motorcycle was constantly noisy

Got a different room on the 4th floor with 2 single broken beds but at least cooler. Windows are broken in the seal, could hear traffic. Not everyone speaks English which should be a must in a 4 star hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person

There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink
