Very welcoming staff! Very nice to us. We got a King Suite instead of a regular King room (standard) for free. The food was great. Cleanliness spot on. 100% recommend!

Very tired hotel, poor service and breakfast It is not an old hotel but it is looking very tired, especially carpet that is peeling across the whole common areas and in the rooms… we tripped on it several times; if it is not fixed people will soon trip and break arms or teeth… The cleaning system doesn’t work… the rooms are supposed to be cleaned after 1 pm which doesn’t really work, as we got back...

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, served by smiling and attentive staff

The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things

Me and my daughter we stayed from 17th till 23th of november. my daughter got sick for two days badly. staff in reception was very helpful and friendly to find emergency department and help us to get there

Amazing stay in Izmir We had a wonderful stay at Armis Hotel. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome

Since the minute we walked in , we were well looked after. Staff very friendly, Room very Good with a lovely shower room. Special mention to Aly the Bell Boy, He was Brilliant Thank you Aly!

Restaurant food was ok, but staff certainly need some training and are rather inattentive. We were happy with the advertised price and even happier when we received a substantial discount perhaps because we are retired

Free parking is available just outside the hotel

There are well stocked minibars and tea/coffee facilities. One downside is that smoking is permitted and our room had a distinct odour of stale smoke, fortunately not overpowering and did not particularly affect us

On the other hand, the bathrooms have no ventilation. You can leave the bathroom door open and hope the room fan takes care of it

Stayed here for three nights while having appointments at the Ege University Hospital. Absolutely ideal as the hotel is situated within the Campus and so all departments are within walking distance

They went above and beyond for our needs, they were truly amazing. Every person you interact with is professional and they are there to make your stay amazing. Definitely recommend this place

It is close to metro and 15min walk to seaside and restaurants. Clean and tidy.

The staff will be out straight away. They will help you unload, then take your car to the oto parking across the road

Driving to the city center can be a bit tricky due to limited parking, but the hotel’s free parking was a huge plus for us since we had our car. They also serve drinks in the lobby, which added a nice touch to the vibe

Lovely hotel in a great tree lined avenue on the edge of alsancak with some great bars and eateries. We had an upgrade with a balcony which had a fantastic view

A lot of thought has gone into to every aspect of this hotel: we even had a little card by the bed offering alternative quilts and pillows, available from reception

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

Although the entire hotel facilities are old, the room is still quite large, the light is good, and there is also a desk where you can use the computer! The sea view room is cost-effective

Booked a family room, the room is large, modernly decorated, breakfast is rich, except a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it

This is a good place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. There is a very efficient shuttle to departures and it was within walking distance of the car hire returns.

I recently stayed at Emens hotel in Izmir and was genuinely impressed. The service was outstanding — every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile

This could be avoided by the hotel having some written information for we English speaking guests. The driver was lovely but his English was as good as our Turkish, hence the mix up

This was not a major problem for us but an inconvenience. Please get some instructions in various languages and it will nothappen again. Overall we would stay there again

Customer need to carry the luggage by 2~3 staircases. The hotel is near the nightlife area, but the window is not soundproofed. Noise from the street can be heard. During our stay, we can smell the cigarette smell

I have been staying in the executive, luxury room twice. However for the executive class I would expect the coffee and tea facilities to be served with bit more tea and coffee and not lacking coffee milk or crema

Especially in outdoor thermal hot water exit from the pool of healing because you will feel so relieved when it's freezing cold out, while both thermal effect and when you hear that you are in buharlarla is rising from the water ;) or healing your forces can find and fill it with thermal water in your room, you can both Hiking without any ruling from the city on the upper right side :)) definitely...

we did stay for 1 night, foods just very tasty. room was so clean and we did enjoy in the bath tub :) but i didnt use thermal pools for my 4 years old little one

The biggest problem is parking your car, even though they have their own place, I did not want to wait, so I parked far, in the side streets. I still give 5 stars, I would stay again
