Room service was cleaningn every day. Staff is very profesional and polite. Hotel has parking if you are coming with car. Izban, train that drives through the city is located near hotel

There is also a large shopping mall nearby, and if you have an Izmir transportation card, you can go to downtown Izmir in about 20-25 minutes

Also there is shoping mall near, about four minutes with car

Our family had a lovely stay in the family suite and Engin Otel! We got lucky and had a corner room, offering great views, and the bathrooms were extremely clean, with a rainforest shower faucet! The aircon worked very well, which was nice during the heat wave, and the included breakfast was full of tasty options for adults and kids alike

Situated only 7 minutes from the airport (48 lira), as well as around the corner from an extremely busy and often-visited bus stop with busses leading everywhere, as well as two blocks from the train/LRT station, this place is extremely well situated

It's okay to eat breakfast by going to the restaurant of the EXTENSO hotel. I stopped here for a while to catch a flight from Izmir to Istanbul, so it wasn't a place I was expecting much, but the accommodation was nice

Personal was fun and easy, all in all for a short stay, but the bathrooms, at least the one we were in, should be modernized

The room was fine, but the bathroom was super stinky, there was mold, it was super old and the basin was dirty

Recommended by a friend this hotel was great for two nights stay the rooms were great and very spacious for the price. If you want to be like 20 mins away from the bar street in Buca or the clubs recommended

At the reception, you just need to warn them to clean the room and everything is cleaned by your arrival. I recommend to everyone for an inexpensive price an excellent hotel👍

The staff is friendly, the owner of the hotel is very responsible, there is no breakfast, but there are inexpensive cafes nearby where they cook delicious food

you get what you paid for in this hotel .. it's in a good spot in the middle of the city and the rooms are clean and nice .. breakfast was variant and delicious and staff was very helpful .. all in all very good hotel

The location of the hotel was very good, but although we chose a room with a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was broken, hygiene was average, the curtains were torn, the windows were very dirty, the ventilation was good, the breakfast was not very good, and the variety was low

Don't you expect so much from this hotel. We traveled to this hotel 30 july 2020. Because of covid they had no buffet breakfast and their dish of breakfast was not including a lot of choices

If you dont have to stay there dont The bed was hard and terrible. The air-conditioning was broken for 2 days.

European concept hotel - friendly staff, central location, clean and good value for money. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety, the tea was really good

We didn’t had any problems with anything, and room had all amenities you would need from covers to shampoo to coffee, heater etc. The young lady and man at the reception was very kind and helpful too

We booked Mysun after we left our accommodation already and needed a place to stay for one more day. It was a short stay so we didn’t have much expectations, but Mysun been very good for our stay

The hotel located at the heart of Izmir, walking distance to Konak Pier and also Kulturpark. It is located on a street with parking and it is more like apartments than rooms

They solved the problems that arose in our hotel reservation and helped us to do our work in Izmir in peace. Our room was clean and bright, also newly renovated and had a useful little kitchen

The Open buffet breakfast is wonderful there is hot and cold food and drink to choose from until 1030am. One of the waitress there Secil is so nice and sweet always smiling happy to help you with your breakfast

Very happy staying here this was my second time here and when I come back in 6 months I will be staying here again kuzey and omer are very fun bubbly and professional nothing u ask for is too much trouble 🙂 they have made my stay brilliant

Breakfast very very delicious has all you need for a good start for the day, deserts are to die for and Secil which is the chef and helps out with breakfast in the morning is always there ready to help you out with whatever you might need

This is my 2nd time coming dovv hotel. It's so nice and clean the hotel you get a kettle with 2 cups for tea or coffee is you ran out you can ask reception for more

Large room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Huge balcony. Great breakfast. Carpets were filthy!! Room reeked of smoke.

They are excellent in terms of hygiene and service; they helped me with everything. The reception was very attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good. You can choose them with peace of mind.

The room is Soo cozy I slept well 😊. This is definitely a good place to stay in during your visit to izmir , it's located in a good area , there are a lot of shops

This is my first in izmir, and I loved alsancak Soo much 🩷, what made my stay better is that the staff were so welcoming and nice , they made me feel at home and supported all my needs

The guys were so kind and friendly and the rooms were clean enough comparing with the price but two of the rooms had no air conditioning in the warm days except a little fan

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy

The room was huge and in fact they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked! I had lunch, where the prices were very affordable (a burger, dessert, 2 water bottles and a coke was around 16€) The staff is very friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety and options and it was overall a very good experience! We knew that the location was far from the city, so we didn’t mind that

Location is good, the room that we stayed - the handle bar of the window was broken, so it was not possible to close the window, because of that it was noisy from the sound in the street

There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. No water bottle provided in the room but you can get a drink at the lobby with hot tea and coffee for free as well

Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water

Delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruits and vegetables. Short walk to main streets, waterfront and cafes and restaurants. Front desk was very helpful after our long day of travel getting there

Used the laundry service, it was on the very expensive side as they charge by number of clothes. Breakfast was good, very Turkish style

The bed is big and the room is spacious, enough for one person. The front desk service is also very friendly. Since I arrived very early, they checked me in early. Next time I come to Izmir, I will stay here again

The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower

The hotel is tired, but we found a parking spot and the breakfast wasn't bad. The staff charged us for a second person, but this is a disgrace all over Turkey

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable

Parking was harrowing, there is no space dedicated to the hotel to use for check in, but I managed to get a spot, parallel park and then hand the keys over to the fast, attentive staffer who parked the car

I had a hard time sleeping,  it was either open the window and hear a bunch of noise from the street, letting in light and fresh air or close the window for more quiet but warm room

  The overall hotel temperature is 24 C, but there is NO air conditioning control for individual rooms, at least when I was there. The thermostat in the room did not work

Suitable for tourists and business travelers too. This hotel does not serve lunch and dinner.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was modern and the people working here were always helpful. The hotel is just next to the city park which is very pleasant to spend time in.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is attentive, it's clean, and it's exactly as pictured. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and it would be great if the larger rooms had extra full-length mirrors

This is the hotel I stayed at throughout my trip in Izmir. The hotel was clean, the receptionists were friendly, and the location was good, very close to the metro and rail transit.

it was easy to get around with the tram just a 2 minute walk and costing only 50p per trip a main shopping a eating street with in walking distance and also to the sea front

the projector in the living room was a good touch with excellent views from the balcony. the kitchen was perfect with a supermarket not 5 minutes from the property

an amazing stay this was an excellent apartment very open and comfortable. the bathroom was a little on the small side but it was very fit for purpose
