Stayed here for 3 nights starting October the 6th. I was lucy to get the cleanest and noise free room I enjoyed my stay and recommend anybody tryimg to find a Jotel in central izmir.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is very kind. Great value for the price!

***The meat was enjoyable and the hotel's management was very good

Excellent hotel and very friendly service.

Room smells heavily of smoke, and hallways are dark. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfectly situated and served its purpose. It's a budget friendly option, so don't expect 5⭐️ service or amenities.

it is okay for a night or two It is a big and old hotel just need a little upgrade. But staff are great, friendly, and very helpful. Especially Nuri bey is one of kind person

Little things to do in the hotel, bad and dirty gym, no pool. But the breakfast, rooms and the staff are as good as a 4stars hotel

I really liked this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. The service is highly rated and people working here are polite and friendly. I will suggest it to everyone, one of the best hotels I have ever been to.

We stayed for a 1-day trip, we did not have any parking problems. There was no noise at night, the bed and room were comfortable. The staff were friendly.

I was just here for one quick night. Good location near the main station but quite a few minutes walk to the center/ seaside. Breakfast was ok. It is located in an alley but I didn’t feel unsafe.

Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.   There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports. If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs. He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out

  The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.   You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins

The breakfast is definitely continental, I can’t comment on other meals but we did have room service for an evening meal and it was ‘OK’. The roof top pool and bar is the best thing about the hotel

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person

There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink

A/C was insufficient, the room was very cold, you couldn't reach under the sink tap, the sheets were un-ironed and wrinkled, the reception was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

They didn’t speak much English but it didn’t matter a smile goes a long way and we made an effort to learn a bit of Turkish. It was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely

If you go to Izmir for volleyball this hotel might be a good choice as it’s connected to the Ataturk stadium. Also can walk to other places or the seaside

Chef Sahin is impressively attentive to food both as quality and taste, whilst variety is always ready for all to be appreciated by. the Hotel is extremely lucky to have someone like you and your brigade of kitchen

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Central location is a big plus

Lovely ambient non-intrusive music during the day with a live three piece band playing in the evening. Again we did not find the music intrusive. Staff were very professional and obliging

Basmane train station takes you right to the airport train station in approx half an hour then it is just up the escalator and turn right for a minute or so

Would definitely stay here again. An easy and flat 15 minute walk to train station and an easy flat walk to Konak pier and clock tower

The Breakfast was superb and above our expectations, the extra tea and water you get at the lobby area, even though it's not part of the bills you paid for, are of the most fascinating things you get as a guest

Right by the sea, but there is a wide main road that doesn't lead to the beach The restaurant has an unbeatable sea view and a rich breakfast

The transportation is very convenient, there are tram stations, bus stations, and a large parking lot, which is self-driving friendly. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large

The lobby manager and waiter were very polite and took the initiative to tell us about the good places nearby. The view from the small balcony was very beautiful and we watched the entire sunset

Although I chose a double bed, there were 2 singles. I had made a reservation including breakfast. I had to show the reservation documents etc. in the lobby and that there was no breakfast. The breakfast was insufficient

For the price I've paid this hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious with a comfort bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. A bonus for me was that smoking in the room was allowed

No swimming pool, no exchange currency service, people at restaurant, most of them rude with some exceptions, the location is good

It's convenient to take a taxi. They didn't let me in to clean the room, but they would hang the things I need on the door

The room was ok, the breakfast was good, but the wifi was really bad and needs to be upgraded!

However, the toilet was not comfortable as it was not elevated as it should be for wheelchair users. The elevator was quite spacious. The room was comfortable and provided ample space for wheelchair maneuverability

Got a different room on the 4th floor with 2 single broken beds but at least cooler. Windows are broken in the seal, could hear traffic. Not everyone speaks English which should be a must in a 4 star hotel

The only choice with two bed rooms is this area. Arrived late 3am, but the room we reserved was busy, so we've been proposed with 1 big bed room. Not acceptable for two males, but everything else is busy

I stayed for three nights in the Elara Hotel. The room was very large and clean, the bed comfortable. But there should be imo double glazing windows for reducing the noise and for energy efficency

I am experiencing some disturbances at night, such as the sounds of trains passing nearby, dogs barking like crazy, and occasionally, roosters crowing in the early morning

The housekeeping lady was so nice and amazing! I loved her! The staff name Onur or Onar, I don’t remember exactly the name but he is soo good he help me a lot during my stay at this hotel, he was so friendly and lovely! A very kind person! My wisdom tooth extraction was causing a lot of pain. Upon my doctor's recommendation, I met Mr. Yiğit Ali and his assistant, Ms. Despite my phobia, I had nothing to fear. He's one of the best surgeons I've ever seen

The hotel is very nice, but in my room hadn't got internet. On Sunday the garden and the pool were full.

Despite my phobia of dentistry, he successfully extracted my two wisdom teeth and one broken root canal. He also checked the implant I had previously placed, and everything looked fine
