Unfortunately this year because of Corona we couldn't have breakfast in the garden. In the evening the hotel garden is full because you can have a fancy dinner in there

Stayed here for about 3 weeks, was my home away from home. Food was good, the building and grounds are beautiful and the service was always excellent

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. The building is old and historic with antique decorations. The staff are super nice. Te restaurant is also good.

But the historical atmosphere is more than that, amazing! İt is worth of trying, just to feel for one night a levantine interior

The room was huge and in fact they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked! I had lunch, where the prices were very affordable (a burger, dessert, 2 water bottles and a coke was around 16€) The staff is very friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety and options and it was overall a very good experience! We knew that the location was far from the city, so we didn’t mind that

I would especially like to highlight the Turkish hammam and the spa area – simply fantastic! The massage was one of the best I've ever experienced, absolutely professional and relaxing

It is true that the hotel is far from the sea and in a mountainous area, but it is one of the nicest and best hotels I have booked in my life. I advise everyone to try the hotel

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy

There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. No water bottle provided in the room but you can get a drink at the lobby with hot tea and coffee for free as well

Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water

Delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruits and vegetables. Short walk to main streets, waterfront and cafes and restaurants. Front desk was very helpful after our long day of travel getting there

Used the laundry service, it was on the very expensive side as they charge by number of clothes. Breakfast was good, very Turkish style

This hotel in reality serve like 5*. i know some 4* hotel more expensive than this hotel. they cannot race with these hotel

Neighbourhood around railway station is a little bit dangerous at night. Breakfast is great, rooftop restaurant with very nice view. Valet service is fast and great. Hot tub in spa is not functioning

Good hotel, receptionists are great and helpful, rooms are perfectly clean, room service is great! Hotel is on a busy location, thus a little bit more noise, but ok

Location is good, the room that we stayed - the handle bar of the window was broken, so it was not possible to close the window, because of that it was noisy from the sound in the street

And it seems like, the walls are so thin, that you can hear what is your neighbour doing :) Didnt sleep that much. it is big pricy for its quality

The bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in other than my own

The best thing about this hotel is location. The rooms are fine but there should be a few more lights in the rooms, the hotel needs renovation for sure. The breakfast was just okay.

Great location in Izmir. Close to railway and pretty much centre of it all.the problem is the bathroom in my room. It flooded and it didnt seem to dry

Efficient reception, easy check in ( and out). Room on the 7th floor for non smokers. A couple of lights needed bulbs

Location: It is a certain distance from the city center (clock tower)/the seaside. It takes about half an hour to walk, but it is close to the tram (Gazi Bulvarı Station) and the train/subway (M1 Line Besmane Station)

underground Breakfast: There is a wide variety of breakfast, including a variety of breads/desserts/drinks/fruits, etc. Parking: The entrance to the hotel is in a narrow alley, so you can only park temporarily

Valet parking, but there is only one staff member. The parking lot is a certain distance from the hotel. If there are many guests, you may have to wait for a while, which is not very convenient

The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are very comfortable and there is a brilliant warm pool which is perfect to relax after a long day

Breakfast is wonderful: eggs like you want them (I love menemen), cheeses, börek, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, bread, fruits etc. The pool is small, but is very welcome for a refresher

This is a delightful family run hotel. The hosts couldn’t have been more attentive, helpful and friendly. It is comfortable, clean and the breakfasts delicious and generous. We were delighted with our stay.

The manager is wonderful and so friendly and kind (and I feel so bad, because he always adressed me by my first name, and I didnt remember his name, and didnt ask for it - that was really stupid of me)

We found cold water in the fridge upon arrival and we were offered cold water when we left for our journey. The main sights of Izmir are within walking distance. This accommodation feels like home

They seemed to enjoy the fact I didn't speak Turkish and they both did. It was very loud as people came and went from their rooms through the night, as in louder than whatever you're expecting

Word of advice! You have to knock loudly on the door to be let in, don't sit and wait for it to open at a certain time! The staff weren't very kind nor were they particularly helpful

That being said the rooms were sort of nice (at least mine was) and the location was excellent so you take the good with the bad I guess
