My stay at Grand Aras Hotel & Suites was below expectations for a four-star property. The location is convenient and the internet is fast, but overall service quality was disappointing. Staff cooperation was limited and communication was often difficult. The elevators were constantly busy due to the underground parking, and one of them was out of service several times, making movement inside the hotel uncomfortable. Room cleaning was minimal, breakfast was limited, and there were noticeable unpleasant smells in the hallways. Even during a long stay, I did not see any effort to improve the guest experience.

We ate in the restaurant section, the food was interesting, there was also Ottoman cuisine, quite good

The hotel is located right in the city center. My main meal was at the restaurant called Khan Aras, which is located underneath the hotel. They have a very extensive menu. You can also tell that the materials used in preparing the food are of the highest quality. As far as I know, there's no other restaurant nearby that offers such service. As for the ambiance, I can say it's stylish and cozy. There are also quite a few regular customers. Overall, I like it.

The hotel needs attention and renovation. Cleanliness is below average. The location is excellent, but the service is below average. There are better hotels at the same price.
