Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. Made booking via booking.com. Rooms are perfect. My wife loved the spa. Kids loved the gaming zone. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time.

I spent two days at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is close to a metro line, a major highway and some business districts. The good dining options within walking distance are limited. One major disappointment was the mould in the bathroom. The hotel is packed with patients from some hospitals nearby. This makes the hotel calmer and less noisy, but you can bump into many wheelchair patients, full-gear nurses, etc.

It was a great stay and a great hotel

Hotel is big, nice and clean. I travelled from IST airport by HVL-1 bus and get off at Aksaray and walked to the hotel which took me about 14 mins, very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and close to many attractions in walkable distance.

Close to the grand bazaar so perfect for people visiting the blue mosque. Staff were excellent. Unfortunately at one point the area was closed off from cars entering at a crucial time for me. This ruined the experience for me but otherwise amazing

The location is a bit out of the way, not near the bustling Hagia Sophia or Istiklal Avenue. The main issue was that we arrived at 3 AM. Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu. Do note that on the top floors, you can feel a draft from the windows during strong winds, so some window adjustments might be needed.

This was the best hotel we ever found in instanbul after trying so many, we will come back here again and again and the gym was awesome. Even the roof top bar and the sushi resto was perfect. The hotel is located in a very steep downhill road, not easy to walk up and down from. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the hotel itself is well kept and maintained. The breakfast was good as well. However, the hotel has room for improvement in terms of their service.

Hello, the rooms were wonderful, spotlessly clean, and the reception was very attentive. I stayed on the first floor, even for one night. It was very nice. Good hotel for a short business trip. Although I wasn’t really thrilled with responsiveness and service. Property was clean enough though ,I give them that.

Baggage not taken to room, very late check in time, bathroom drain really bad smell, had to ask for robes for the spa area. Taking 100 euro deposit, suggests lack of trust of your guests. The hotel, room and staff are great! There is something that honestly brothered me.  Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.  And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company. Does not seem fair

I bought a subscription for a year to this hotel's gym. I am so happy for that because gym is so hygienic. It is always clean. Mr.Kazım and Mrs.Nur always pay attention to us. My friend and I recently stayed at the Gorrion hotel and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I’d like to shine the light on an employee named Can.
