The hotel itself is clean , opulent and provided an excellent breakfast . However I was not allowed to take a cup of coffee up to the smoking area after i finished my breakfast . I was then charged £13.50 for 2 cups of coffee and we had to stand on balcony with our coffee and cigarettes with no shelter or chairs to sit on. The hotel is wonderful and the staff are great and friendly. They always greet you with a smile and they are very helpful especially Ahmed who works in the breakfast hall and Murat at the reception. I always go here. I find the location ideal if you have your own transport; otherwise, it's a bit more difficult. The staff and hotel are superb. Hygiene is excellent.

Located in the European new business district, we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, looking quite exhausted. The front desk staff saw how tired we were and let us check in immediately.
