A good hotel. This is my third year staying there! Everything is top notch!

The hotel team was very proactive in ensuring we are well prepared for our trip to turkey. Unfortunately we were not able to make it but I sincerely appreciate this team’s prompt response and communication with us as it reflects a lot on their standards and quality .

This hotel is a converted factory building. The room was small, and there was a lot of noisy foot traffic around. The bar noise went on late into the night.

The room's view? I'd rate it a zero. There's no view at all, the windows are tiny, and no light gets in because it looks out onto a dark wall.

The hotel's location is decent, but it's not right on the strait; it's behind the Peninsula Hotel, so you don't get a sea view. The rooms are average, and the soundproofing isn't great.

Great location, and while the room was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Accommodation facilities were nice. I wish there was a hard pillow option, but there was not, and the breakfast did not attract my attention because the hot products were generally in sausage and sausage style.

This hotel boasts an elegant and clean environment, attentive and thoughtful service, and comprehensive and comfortable facilities. Its convenient location makes getting around easy. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and highly recommend staying here.

I am currently staying in the surmeli hotel istanbul. When you enter the hotel, you can smell a very pungent and sewage smell. In breakfast, water was leaking from the roof. The staff are quite friendly. The rooms have very dull lighting and it can feel quite claustrophobic because it's a round building. The food was basic, not what you would expect, same thing eveyday.

This is not in a touristy neighborhood. I chose this because it was closer to where I had some business to take care of. Staff needs to be little more friendly and perhaps smile especially room service staff. Housekeeping was great. Bar is totally dead. I was there for 4 nights and never saw anyone at the bar having a drink.

Reviewing the F&B team working on 21/9/25 - the morning staff are very accommodating. We dont eat beef and they were kind enough to get us french fries and hot chocolate upon request as we dont take beef.
