Location is 30 mins from city centre, traffic is extremely bad taking between 30 to 50 mins in taxi, stay near city centre. Hotel looks nice from outisde and is very spacious, large room suites, but very old. Breakfast is very average. There is not even a place to walk around the hotel to go to other places as the place is so secluded.

Overall, I had a good experience- only far from the airport and shuttle services would be great

Great stay ,got a free room upgrade by ozgur who was great throughout our 8 days ,pool area could do with a make over and the second lift was out of order throughout the whole stay which at breakfast time was very frustrating as it never got to the 5th floor, but overall a great stay

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the metro, which is great! It's also within walking distance of the Suleymaniye Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and even the Eminonu Pier. The hotel has a good location, but overall it does not feel like a 4-star property – more like a 2-star by US or Asian standards. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes not providing shower gel, only shampoo, and just one towel for two people. The staff is super friendly, the beds are very comfortable; I slept like a baby. You have a lot of varieties for the breakfast (they have a delicious choclate cake). Even the location is very good you're in between two Masjid (Camii) and metro station, bus, taxi stops, 4 min from the tramway, surrounded by restaurant.

There are some aspects of the service provided by the hotel that need improvement. It is definitely not a family hotel.

This is the closest hotel to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of local specialties. Plus, it's right next to the airport terminal, so you can just walk there.

The hotel is nice, and the water park is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the bottoms of our feet were black in the pool areas. The marble floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. There's nothing to do in the evenings. We just stay in our rooms.

The hotel was old, we were on the 5th floor, the door at the entrance to the elevator going to the pool had no handle, the dirt at the bottom of the pool was stinging your feet, there were exposed electrical cables everywhere, even the cables for the lighting in the pool were outside.

Overall a pretty great experience. We knew what we were coming to, they advertise exactly what it is! They are used to any odd request at housekeeping and room service, English varies depending on the individual but they are very kind and happy to assist. I got here because my flight was delayed, and this hotel was assigned to me for overnight stay. The room was spacious and decent; although I’m a solo traveller, I was given a 3-person room, which was great. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant. My sister and I was assigned a 2 bedroom apartment it actually fit for up to 4 people. The unit is spacious for sure, equipped with washing machine, stove, fridge, dining table. It's great for family. The only thing need attention is the cigarette smell in the bedroom. Some of the people in my group tour mentioned the same thing about the cigarette smell. Other than that, it's pretty okay!
