This is the first time that my rate is 5/5 but I think that this hotel worths much more.The main reason is that mostly the managers and also all the staff generally proved that hospitality, kindness and respect are the key factors that diverse a hotel. We went to Maromi in the hotel this evening and everything was great!!! Zaki and the other staff were great and took very good cars of us. The hotel is absolutely great in terms of location. I lived in Istanbul before and know almost every part of the city. Approach to the sea and commercial center.

The location near the sea is very comfortable, so you can play by the sea when you go out.Breakfast is very rich.

The Hotel location and team were great however the worst issue that air conditioning unit in the room was no control so we couldn’t sleep well during the three days we stayed. I will never try to book the hotel again.

Very nice hotel clean big room very peaceful. I loved the location because it’s near the airport it’s only 5 min drive. Did not have to go through the city traffic. Also the have this amazing Spa and indoor swimming pool just amazing.

The room was great, with an ocean view. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up. The only downside is that public transportation isn't very convenient; taking a taxi would be easier for getting around.

Great hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, incredible breakfast. Reasonable price. Only downside is that it’s about an hour’s drive to the city centre where all the major attractions are, so keep that in mind.

The Spa was so bad , very old. Hamam wasn’t working, sauna door was stuck. Showers not clean, dark unpleasant atmosphere. Room was poor as well , lot of ticking noise during night time. The location was nice. Hotels were average. Some rooms without a shower just tub with hand shower otherwise beds comfortable. Bathrooms without shower and bathroom were good. We had two rooms based on Turkish airlines business class stopover program. The staff was amazing, attentive and kind. Especially Emre! He treated us like family and was so sweet. Lovely hotel for a few days in istanbul. Good location, hygienic, lovely rooms and we enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was very nice and staff were pleasant. The only strange thing which was an inconvenience was there were no hooks in the bathroom or room to hang our things and towels.
