Very nice hotel. Rooms are perfectly clean and smell awesome. Breakfast are chefs kiss! Staff is very friendly and cleaning ladies doing their job very well. I would say the only negative thing about this hotel is location. Nearby mall is in 15-20 min walk, and there are only few small grocery shops nearby. But hotel is still awesome. Recommend!

For business in asian side, this hotel is perfect, have good rooms, unfortunately the restaurant and kitchen closes early!

The rooms were spacious and excellent, with a beautiful view, but the windows were not clean. There were no utensils in the kitchen, and we had to pay 250 lira for plates and dishes. Most of the washing machines in the laundry room were not working. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the pool was also very good.

The hotel is nice, and the water park is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the bottoms of our feet were black in the pool areas. The marble floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. There's nothing to do in the evenings. We just stay in our rooms.

The hotel was old, we were on the 5th floor, the door at the entrance to the elevator going to the pool had no handle, the dirt at the bottom of the pool was stinging your feet, there were exposed electrical cables everywhere, even the cables for the lighting in the pool were outside.

Came and stayed while competing in the IPF Asian Championship powerlifting event, December 2025. The room is a bit small, and the twin beds aren't very big, typical of older four-star hotels in China. However, it offers decent value for money. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but that seems to be common in Turkey. Overall, it's pretty good.

My sister and I was assigned a 2 bedroom apartment it actually fit for up to 4 people. The unit is spacious for sure, equipped with washing machine, stove, fridge, dining table. It's great for family. The only thing need attention is the cigarette smell in the bedroom. Some of the people in my group tour mentioned the same thing about the cigarette smell. Other than that, it's pretty okay!

I genuinely enjoy the view from my 30th floor room. There is a complicated highway interchange below and watching it is calming. My housekeeper, Sibel, did an excellent job cleaning my room and she was very considerate while doing so. Honestly, they were good to me. I know it doesnt happen often, but i was given free breakfast sven though my reseveration was without. The zen spa was great and affordable. Good clean hotel. It's close to the airport, and next to the new Vadistanbul shopping mall, it has all kinds of brands, as well as many restaurants, making it very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.
