The location is amazing as I have stayed here before, unfortunately no AC in the hotel and the room cleaning was not done to a high level, with the bathroom bin left on the toilet seat and no complimentary water left.

The hotel is located in front of Bosphorus Strait, and very convenient access to the ferry port and the metro stration. Since I used the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (SAW), it took about only one hour from the airport to the hotel by using Metro, without worrying about traffic jams. I had easy access to the Old town side by using the ferry.

Although we love the location and the hotel itself! There are buts!!! It is incredibly annoying that hotel management outsources parking services to third-party people! It seems like the minute you drive in, the Valet Parking guys are chasing you to pay almost as high as 10% of the overnight rate just for parking!!! This is a good holiday inn. Room and bed was excellent, clean and tidy. Excellent house keeping. Shower was very good and clean. Food was good at dinner and breakfast. My go-to choice for business trips. The hotel is right above a subway station, bus stop, and McDonald's. Step out and turn left, you'll find restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket, and small convenience stores. Turn right, and there's a local supermarket and a well-known local seafood restaurant. The magnificent natural scenery was breathtaking, but we paid a high price and didn't get the best experience. The front desk was helpful, and the rooms were clean. Located in the European new business district, we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, looking quite exhausted. The front desk staff saw how tired we were and let us check in immediately. This is one of the few times I've had such an early check-in during my many overseas business trips, and I'm very grateful for it. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
