The rooms were very small. The shower cubicles were 2.5ft X 2.5ft. Very small. Didn't enjoy showering at all.

Good hotel, but the problem is that the mini bar doesn’t have tea, coffee, sugar, or water. You have to bring it from outside at your own expense. As for the reception staff, they were good and friendly. Thank God, my situation is good.

It's very close to the subway station and shopping mall, making life convenient. There's a gym nearby, but the breakfasts are mostly white food, which isn't quite to my Chinese liking.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from Taksim square, but It is a walk to up hill. Everything else is great for me.

The hotel is very nice, the room claean and comfortable, the located from the bus station also near, and strategy from Mall centre and restaurants around, but unfortunately i can’t get my include breakfast because already close at 10.30 and without any confirmation from me sinced i checked in, So with disappointment I missed my breakfast which I had already paid for when making the reservation.

It's about a 1.6km walk from the Tuyap exhibition area. Taxis from this location tend to take roundabout routes, and breakfast is expensive and very mediocre; it's not as good value as the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. Crown Plaza Bursa is quite good. The hotel agent booked the same room last time, and we happened to get the same room this time. I didn't get to try the Turkish bath that the agent highly recommended, but the sign at the entrance says it's a local five-star hot spring spa, so I'm hoping it's a good idea. Amazing, the receptionist approved to check in earlier as we had a really long drive and we arrived with 2 hours early. We really wanted to sleep as we drove for 12 hours. Also my main motive for booking was the private gated parking. It has a really safe parking lot.
