The rooms weren't clean. There were hairs and stains on the bed. The floorboards were wet when I walked in. Previous guests had showered and left them unwashed. The toilet smelled foul, and the air conditioning was broken. They asked me to move you to another room, but the one they gave me was one floor below ground level, and there were no windows at all. Don't go there, don't even set foot there. Don't let your mind be disturbed. I think they usually come for the fanfiction and the voices from the next room are still in my head. I don't recommend it.
I would recommend paying close attention to cleanliness before visiting, especially under the bed. Also, check the toilet. The sink was leaking, and water was running out. Be mindful of how loudly people speak at reception, as you can hear everything on the same floor.
The service is very good. Even though we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 AM and check-in wasn't until 2:00 PM, they gave us a room for 4 hours.
The rooms are a bit small, but that depends on the room you book.
All rooms have air conditioning, which is very convenient.
The staff are very attentive to the guests.
I come to Istanbul regularly. The hotel is very central, which is why it is a bit noisy.
