This hotel has serious issues and should not be listed as an option on *******. The elevator was out of order when my parents checked in, and my 80-year-old father and mother had to go up to the 6th floor with two heavy luggage. The room window opens to the back of an air conditioner fan with a strange smell and annoying noise. The room itself also smells like sewage. The stairs looked scary and really old. The only positive part of their stay was the restaurant view, which was fabulous, but overall, I would avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

Beautiful nice and small cozy hotel. It’s like a boutique hotel so pls don’t expect big rooms. The sizes are small but very well decorated and maintained. The staff is extremely nice and person Ali was very helpful with us for check in, they’ve don’t even charge for any extra water bottles. For breakfast Mohd. was very helpful and kind and got us everything on priority. In the night there is a rooftop bar and Shisha cafe which is extremely busy with people. So won’t highly recommended a family hotel but single and couples hotel for sure. The location is the best!

Worst hotel ever! Contacted them directly on whatsapp for booking to avoid being scammed, but got scammed even more. First off all you don't get the room you book. The rooms are different than the pictures they post, very small and nasty, when you arrive they give you a room in the lower class than what you paid for and say all rooms all full. As you can see in the pictures, the room was full of bugs and even though they medicated the room twice the bugs were still there, lots of them! It was so disgusting. They also had dirty duvet cover, cleaning lady who doesn't change bed linen and dirty towels everyday. Never encountered such unhelpful staff and bad service! Breakfast is the same every day and it costs if you want something extra like just juice. (350 tl) Breakfast comes after an hour after ordered and horrible staff working at breakfast. Almost everyone who worked there was very rude and didn’t Even say hi as long as they receive payment from you for the room they no longer care about your comfort during your stay. The water stopped twice and we had to wait over an hour to get water back, as well as no lights in the hallways The walls in the rooms were not tight at all and you can hear both music from the zebra bar on top of the hotel and we heard several times during our stay dissatisfied customers complaining about what they had received for that price. the police are also outside the hotel 24/7 because there has been an armed attack not long ago in the hotell. all in all it was simply a terrible hotel. The only thing that was positive was the location, otherwise the whole experience was horrible. Greetings from us who stayed at that hotel for 17 days.

The hotel is beautiful in terms of location and proximity to Galatasaray Port..
It's clean and has a wonderful view.. Honestly, it was a successful stay..

One of the worse if not the worse experience I’ve ever had. They don’t ever honor what you reserve. Very un professional and they are going down. This hotel quality went down hell lately. The front desk person (Ali) rude, I mean very rude. He is protected by a manager and the owner has no idea. If you want a relaxed vacation without drama i highly recommend you stay away from this hotel. You definitely not going to get what you pay for.
