Love how it located strategically in the heart of istanbul. It takes 5 minutes walk to hagia sophia and blue mosque. Love the staff because they are very friendly and gives you a warm welcome too! Love this hotel!

Wonderful experience in many ways. It was quiet and comfortable and all staff were friendly and reliable. I definitely would like to come back again. Small concern is if you take a shuttle bus from the airport, a taxi cannot stop in front of the door so better to ask the reception for advice.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel in the old area of the city in Istanbul from Oct. 18th to Oct. 24th, 2025 and it was in an excellent location. It's near to the Aya Sofya and the Topkapi palace. This is a beautiful hotel as well. There is also a really nice restaurant on the premises called Matbah. The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Sevgi and Simge at the breakfast buffet were so friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This was our first trip to Istanbul. We were not familiar with the city or the layout of the historic district. Many streets are pedestrian only. We were dropped off then had to walk with our luggage up the cobblestone streets to get there. I recommend calling the hotel when dropped off. They have a vehicle that can transport from the taxi drop-off directly to the hotel. The hotel is close to everything you want to see in old town. It is a trek to Galotta and Chora church areas. The hotel can drop you at the taxi and staff negotiates with the drivers to ensure you get a good rate. A note regarding the cab drivers. We had wonderful drivers! They offered to retun to pick us up for our return trip which was very helpful especially in the Chora Church area. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. They have a great restaurant on the premices. They can assist with planning an escorted day with a guide who was very pleasant and very informative. Tap water is not drinkable. You can bathe in it just don't drink it. Use bottled water even for brushing your teeth. It was a great trip. We hope to re-visit in the future.

The hotel was clean and very near and walking distance to the attractions, cafe shops, parks and restaurant which we enjoyed.
The room services was very good.
The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area was beautiful looking out to the beautiful picturous surrounding views. The breakfast staff were always helpful and friendly.

My Mom stayed there and she was extremely happy with the staff working there as they were very kind and helpful.
The only issue was that they had to take stairs to go for breakfast which for my Mom was not so convenient.

Perfect service and friendliness in a terrific location - quiet street behind the Aya Sofia. Hotel has level decor, is clean and accessible - particularly for older customers or persons with mobility problems. The breakfast is very good - lots of choices, well prepared and served. The in-house Marbah Restaurant is a treasure. Great food, wonderful service. It will be a must when I return to Istanbul.

I booked a "superior" room, but it was significantly smaller than the advertised 30 square meters.
There was a water leak in the shower area.
Getting water at the gym was surprisingly difficult — I had to ask three or four times, and it took about 30 minutes to receive a 300ml bottle.
Overall, the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, I don’t recall staying at a hotel of this price range with such poor service.
Do not trust the photos.
