Hotel Daphne

I recently stayed at Daphne Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the staff were neither friendly nor helpful, which really affected the overall atmosphere of the hotel. My room was uncomfortably cold due to a broken air conditioner, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water available during my stay.

On top of this, we mistakenly left one of our room cards in the room. When we returned, the card was missing, and after speaking with the cleaning lady who was just entering our room, we strongly suspect she took it. To our surprise, we were later charged 100 euros for the lost card. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional, as we believe the card was taken during the cleaning process.

Apart from these issues, the hotel itself is decent with a good location, but unfortunately, these problems overshadowed the experience. I would not recommend staying here unless the management addresses these concerns and improves their customer service.

I stayed at this hotel its rubbish its rating is also kind of fake. During visit i had to face many issues first of all 1 hour for check in wait secondly, we booked room for four and they gave us two seprit rooms third, they had electricity issues fourth, staff rudness last night power failure you can imagen in 30digree without fan and airconditio. when we comeup for breakfast at 9am everything finish just salad left we ask the staff but they said this is what we only can serve rest is finished. Overall everyone on the floor was complaining but they don’t bother to clarify the situation.
