Reviews
The first three days we were quite satisfied, even though the room contained some broken items. However, one afternoon, a staff member who was not part of the housekeeping team entered our room without knocking. The shock this caused stayed with us for the rest of our stay and overshadowed the experience.
Although the reception staff were very friendly and understanding when we reported the incident, and assured us it was passed on immediately, we never received an official apology from the hotel. Despite repeatedly requesting a conversation with the hotel manager, it seems he did not consider it important enough to meet us.
As a result, we left the hotel with a very unpleasant feeling.
We booked this hotel for 3 people, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we got was a complete disappointment. The room was unbelievably small — even two people would feel cramped, let alone three. There was absolutely no space to move around, and not even a proper spot to place our luggage. We had to step over our bags just to get to the bed. This is NOT what was shown in the booking photos and feels completely misleading. For the price we paid, we expected basic comfort, but instead, we got frustration and discomfort. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good location and service.
