The hotel itself fully justifies its price: cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent — everything is nearby, making it easy to walk around and get around. The restaurant also pleasantly surprised us: the food is fresh and delicious, every meal was a real treat.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service. And a special thanks to Ilyas — staff like him really make a vacation memorable!

First of all these signs not allowing you to order any food out are ridiculous. I’m supposed to be a guest, not a hostage!!! If I’m paying 90 euros a night I want to be treated in the friendliest way possible!
The staff is not helpful, for example after surgery I asked the bar to bring me ice and I was informed that I need to get it myself. I was surprised because I’ve been here before and I never was treated so rudely, I asked for ice again and the man on the phone said that if I’m making him come to my room with ice he is charging me 400 lira 😳😳😳.
So unfriendly. I’m returning to Istanbul on fall and I will not be staying here for sure. Never been treated this way in a hotel
