This is my second time I gave the chance due to the location of the hotel but it has problem with cleanliness and other big problem is hearing almost every single noise from doors and walls. This time at 08:30 am fire alert started ring for nothing.

Terrible. Very small room not as per picture. Breakfast horrible.

Arrived with luggage but face a broken lift. Hot water take a long time. House keeping has no basic english such as simple word for water for new day. Tv not much foreign channel. Breakfast is limited. But room is clean.

This is my second time, I have booked this hotel
The reception people were very helpful and polite.
I got there before the check in time and they were willing to take my luggage and keep it safe for me to return back later in the afternoon.
The service guy in the breakfast area called İbrahim was very efficient and kind and kept asking if everything was ok.
There is a market nearby called SOK and a really nice town nearby called Levent çarşı. I had a nice coffee there called Kahve dünyası.
My only wings are the pillows they were not so comfortable
There is a coach Havaist that picks you up from stand D at Levent 4 or Zincirlikuyu Metro to go to Istanbul Aiport
Make sure you call them +90 (850) 888 33 34 as sometimes they would be disruption and coaches will divert to other stops.
I am giving a big thumbs up for this hotel - fantastic staff and location.
I will be booking this hotel again if I am staying in Istanbul.

Magnificent hotel at a convenient location.
We arrived early in the morning, but were still given an early check in. Very nice and polite staff.
Also the breakfast is tasty and healthy.

One of the best hotels, it’s really clean, cozy, quiet and accessible.
The room is so clean and the bathroom has everything you need.
Highly recommended for group of 4 or a family.

The location of hotel is not bad. There are several bus stations near.

Disaster! No air, there are no windows, the AC is working only hot while it is 27 degrees outside. When you talk to desk they basically say they have nothing to do about it.
Basically you can suffocate to death in our rooms.
